It was my daughters birthday. I notified the hotel through the booking service. It was not acknowledged at all. In the morning we had breakfast and my daughter found hairs in her mushrooms. It was a horrible experience. I am very disappointed😞

Modern, well appointed room with serviceable amenities. Concierge available by WhatsApp for any inquiries or questions you may have during your stay. The hotel is readily responsive to last minute bookings. The room is generally clean, the bed is comfortable, and the WiFi is strong with a TV that readily accepts casting from whatever streaming service you use. There are some oddities to the room: The only way to turn off the bathroom under counter lighting is from the main switch at the door (the bedside main wouldn't or didn't?), leaving you to wander to bed in the dark. The shower does not have it's own door and is flush to the room, the drain pan isn't extended to the entrance so you will get the bathroom wet without a towel dam. You can hear the nightclub from the 10th floor if you are staying in the block of rooms facing Liverpool Street. Lastly there are three elevators for the hotel with long waits at peak times.

Unfortunately we had to put rolled towels at the edge of the shower as the water kept spilling out onto the floor. Otherwise a great stay.

Great spot to stay. Only one thing was… I arrived at hotel after 10pm and kids were hungry however not much option for room service. Otherwise great breakfast and nice comfortable place 😊

+Ves: Early check-in was allowed, staff was helpful. Central location in CBD. Room had nice water views. Comfortable Mattress. -Ves: Poor design of bathroom...take a quick shower and water everywhere...taking out soap and shampoo is an excercise itself as the shelf is but far. The amenities are fairly basic.

Wonderful stay.. let down by the poor design of the shower. No door and no lip meant the entire floor was covered with water. Became a safety hazard with children in the rpom
