Tram and bus stations are close, so it is convenient for those who use public transportation. The staff is also kind.

毎日の清掃も徹底され、近くの会議場へは雨に濡れることなくアクセス可能です。 建物全体の空調がかなり強く寒いので留意が必要です。

清潔感もあり静かで過ごしやすかったです。レセプションに日本人のスタッフの方もいらっしゃっいました。朝のブッフェも美味しかったです。パシフィックフェアやトラムの駅も近いので便利です。エレベーターに乗る時にカードをかざしながら同時にボタンを押すのが最初はわからず他の宿泊者の方に助けていただきました。

全てのサービスが最高でした！ また泊まりたいです！

Room service food and beverages a little expensive for what you get. Long travel to get from Reception to room and can be confusing especially coming from Carpark. Some long receiption wait times however beverages are offered during wait. Parking validation should be for free for hotel guests. Overall great rooms and beautiful panoramic views.

The location of Dorsett at Gold Coast is really good. Less than 5mins walk to Pacific Fair Mall, less than 5mins walk to Broadbeach, and just opposite there's lots of restaurants including the great ones on Oracle Boulevard. Unfortunately the hotel room in Dorsett is not so great. The bathroom shower does not have a door so if you don't want to accidentally splash out and wet the entire bathroom you have to push yourself into the furthest corner to shower uncomfortably. The water from the showerhead is also rather weak. Hotel doesn't give complimentary water other than the 1st bottle you get during check-in. Instead, there are vending machines at the lobby selling bottles of water.

The stay was fantastic! Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms in a great location. We were in a room at the far end of the corridor, for more privacy, so we didnt get a balcony, but it was nice and quiet most of the time. You can still hear people close their doors down the hall. But overall it was quiet and peaceful. Now to the pros: The bed and the pillows!!!! Being a fussy sleeper with backache if i use the wrong pillow i slept like a baby for 5 nights. It was amazing! 10/10! The pool area was great, very fresh very nice, and despite it being crowded some times we always managed to find a spot. Never felt too crowded, or the need to get up at 6am just to reserve a spot. The buffet that was included in our price was good too. You have to go to the restaurant area of the casino which wasnt a big deal. Overall the food was good, however if youre a vegan the choices are limiting. However they did have a GF section, but again it was corn flakes, banana bread and bread. The room was nice and clean, curtains shut well and staff was very friendly and accomodating. I got a blanket and extra towel when requested and they were always very speedy in executing requests. Overall the design of the hotell room was good, very desinery. However there is no wardrobe or shelves to unpack your items, just a luggage bench in our type of room. But that is a design choice, as i have designed many hotels with similar features.
