お世話になりました

(1) We're forced to change (down-graded) from Vineyard View room to Olive room due to bad maintenance (water leaking) in bathroom. But they don't care any compensation for such downgrade of room. (2) They debited $100 from my card as deposit during our stay, But after check-out, they didn't refund such $100 although I have no any outstanding dues.

Brokenback bar was not dog friendly. They could at the least let pups on the balcony with parents. From Sydney and first time had to leave fur baby outside in the cold alone. Get with the times and adjust pet policy to seasonal needs of patrons

滞在中に、朝散歩をしましたが、日の出に映えた朝焼けは美しく感動的でした。しかも、蒲萄畑から野生のカンガルーが数十頭登場したのはビックリでした。ただ、Wifi が一日15ドルは高過ぎ。

Failure to attend to maintenance item as promised was disappointing and saw us deal with the problem ourselves (at our own cost).

First look at the room there was dirt on the bed like outside ground dirt like something was placed there that was previously on soil Next there was a half eaten fruit salad in the fridge .the bathroom didn't appear clean there was spiderwebs in each corner of the bathroom The aircon is broken like plastic broken of The tv ...first of all the remote only turned the tv off and on that's it .the tv picture was sooo bad going funny colours and clearly not watchable The real disappointment was still to come with breakfast the next morning You couldn't call it that it was terrible the service none existing we asked for coffee the lady in charge said there is the urn of hot water and the same awful coffee satchels we have in the room and a jug of milk .just to then discover they had a proper coffee machine but she was to lazy to use it No butter no bred no toast we left even that we had booked for 2 nights just awful

Check in was flexible.

Room was clean and tidy, TV was a big disappointment, could not watch the winter olympics. Only 3 channels available were ABC, SBS & Ch9. remote control did not have an on/off button..... perhaps an upgrade to a smart TV would be the way to go

Check-in was more difficult than it should be with unclear direction of where to pick up keys. A nice property with incredible views. It is however dated which could be easily addressed with minor cosmetic works to facade of the building - Cleaning and minor repair of the amazing terracotta render facade, new carpets to modernize the interior of apartments and modern furniture and new joinery as the classic furniture looks dated. Lighting also quite poor in the rooms. A gym and spa as alternative things to enjoy than just the pool would also make it more resort like. Quiet and tranquil place to stay that could turn over a lot more money and generate higher revenue with a little bit of work. The views of the neighbouring valley vineyards and mountain face are imposing and amazing and the kangaroos are incredibly relaxed around people taking their photo. We really liked it. I'd like to return and see it a bit more loved.

Very good . Clean rooms and great location

Room had no USB port too charge our phones, our friends room had a clock and you could charge your phone. Our room had no clock and phone in the room did not work. Also disappointed at the state of the room very tired, cracks in the walls, timber rot around frame of double doors.

Good value for money. Convenient location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with out dog. We hope to return soon!

Room was clean and spacious, although the fridge didn’t seem very efficient. I was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast and no fresh coffee, however the meal I had the night before was very good. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Staff were extremely friendly however the facilities were very run down and there was no atmosphere in or around the estate. The bar was closed during our entire stay, nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink, order a cheese platter as instagram posts suggested. The rooms were not cleaned every day and you had to call for housekeeping service. We requested new towels which we didn't receive and had to walk to reception to collect. Our bin was overflowing in the room after a 3 day stay which left a horrible smell in our room. The resort felt like it was running on bare minimum and that the owners had given up. Breakfast was amazing on the one day we choose to eat in the restaurant. The resort itself and the atmosphere in and around it needs some attention.

Parking was convenient

Clean room, very good service with excellent caring staff and the bonus is beautiful view of winery yard and mountain.

Value for money

The room had great views. Saw a bunch of kangaroos out in the yard. Breakfast was good too.
