(1) We're forced to change (down-graded) from Vineyard View room to Olive room due to bad maintenance (water leaking) in bathroom. But they don't care any compensation for such downgrade of room.
(2) They debited $100 from my card as deposit during our stay, But after check-out, they didn't refund such $100 although I have no any outstanding dues.

Brokenback bar was not dog friendly. They could at the least let pups on the balcony with parents. From Sydney and first time had to leave fur baby outside in the cold alone. Get with the times and adjust pet policy to seasonal needs of patrons

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with this visit particularly because a full breakfast worth $63 for 2 people was included and it was a very basic little bit of fruit, almost everything else was gone and definitely not the full breakfast. The view and area was lovely. We were here for a wedding at another venue.
Reception was confusing, moved from the main entrance.
Estate Tuscany has lost its shine, needs some major renovations and some love.
Room was comfy but bathroom tile grout needs a big clean, leaves everywhere on the patio, dirty windows and bar fridge broken and dirty. Be careful walking with all the patched potholes in the driveway areas.
Restaurant was nice but seemed understaffed? Great coffee.
So much accommodation now in the Hunter, so probably would not stay here again.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The room was specious and comfortable with friendly staff. I had to mention Chris about his amazing customer service. He was very helpful.
Please be aware that there are no microwaves in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful estate. The setting is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature with plenty of greenery and open space, it felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was serene and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The staff were quite helpful and friendly, always available to assist and make sure everything was comfortable. The breakfast each morning was also a highlight, fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet escape in a natural setting with excellent service.
