The service of the staff was beyond my expectations.

フロントの方の対応も、朝食会会場でも、スタッフに大変良くしていただきました。ブリズベンの街が好きになった要因の一つです。

日本人スタッフがいて安心でした

チェックインまで荷物を預かってくれた。 清潔でバスとトイレが分かれているのが良かった。 電子レンジやナイフ、フォーク類が無かった。 TVチャンネルのスポーツチャンネルが限られたものしか観れない。

Cozy and clean hotel. The place is easy to walk around the city and access to ferry stops.

せっかく安いプランを見つけたのに駐車場代が49ドルもしたのは想定外でした。 ホテルそのものはとても清潔で快適でした。

綺麗で新しい設備、スタッフの対応も丁寧で極めて訓練が行き届いていると思いました。

Our stay was very disappointing. The room temperature was set uncomfortably low, so that we had to layer towels on the bed to warm up enough to sleep. I asked if I could change the AC but was told the temperature was set centrally. The hair dryer blew up in my face, the kettle wouldn’t switch off and became too hot to handle. The bedding was somewhat poor, I would have expected a proper duvet rather than an old fashioned blanket from a Sheraton. The restaurant/ bar was closed at 7pm on a Monday evening. You have to walk out to the street to access the pool. We had a second room and there’s a floor to ceiling window adjacent to the toilet. So many things that let the hotel down.

Staff were lovely, room was clean, buffet breakfast was great. Just a bit misleading that the pool is not in this hotel but the one next door.

This is a real easy hotel to stay at excellent service from staff and quick and handy to everything

It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed our stay. There is some construction around the accommodation due to Cross River Rail, however the noise wasn’t too bad. The room was clean and roomy enough for 2. At the time of booking we paid for valet parking and breakfast, just to make our stay a little more relaxing. From dropping the car off to checking in, everything ran smoothly. Thanks for a great stay!

Wet clean rooms and excellent being able to use pool/gym facilities next door at the Westin. But google maps gave completely wrong address and directions and staff laughed and said “haha oh gosh no Google maps has the wrong address” but I’d already been lost for 30 mins. When I suggested changing address on google maps they were confused as to why that would even need to be a thing? Weird. Lifts were slow and control panel inside was not fu crooning properly so we had no idea what level the lift was actually stopping on so had to get out of the lift every time it stopped to make sure we were going to the right floor which was annoying. Valet parking was excellent though and location was super convenient for our concert at river stage

I recently stayed for a business event, which happened to be on my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to return to my room and see a lovely and delicious surprise waiting for me from Lily and the Reception Team. Thanks so much x
