We had a great experience with this hotel chain. We were booked into the 4 Points by Sheraton Brisbane but we received an upgrade to their sister hotel next door, which is called the Westin Hotel.
Both hotels looked exceptional. The staff at both hotels were very professional and nice. Both hotels are ideally located midtown Brisbane which gave us access to everything that Brisbane City had to offer.
It was a pleasent experience on all accounts and we would definitely stay here again.

We splurged on a two bedroom suite for our night at the Sheraton Four Points and it was worth every dollar! We arrived at 6:30 am after a 14 hour flight and were grateful to be able to park our car and leave our luggage with the hotel while we went out to spend our day at the Botanic Garden along the river. When we returned to the hotel to check in, we were awed by the size of our spacious suite and the views of the city and the river. Amazing suite bathroom with an enormous tub - the perfect amenity for an exhausted traveler. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable, room service breakfast was abundant and delicious. Staying at the Four Stars Brisbane was ideal; a calm and restorative beginning to our two week Australian adventure.

The noise from the adjacent night works is atrocious - it was so loud and continuous that made sleep impossible. There was no notification prior to warn of the inconvenience, and when the noise started it was too late to do anything. The only prewarning was a set of ineffective ear plug on the table to apologise for the noise. If i have have known prior to I would not have stayed here.

Booked a room with city views had a room looking at another building.
Check in was not quick.
No internet no welcome pack indicating wifi available or working chromecast in the room.
No hot water in shower, both evening and night.
Cleaners cleaning other rooms at 12am making noise along with the construction currently happening in the area was a restless evening.
Definitely not an experience we would of had at any other Marriot affiliated hotels.

Terrible location w busy construction (and not flagged on website!) - disturbed sleep. Horrible smell w air freshener in foyer. Poor instructions upon checkin and no cleaning service for days cause accidentally flicked ‘do not clean’ switch I was unaware of. When they did clean, they made bed but left bathroom dirty!

Honestly, probably wouldn’t stay here again. No top sheet on the bed and had to ask for one which is absurd. Only covering was an extremely heavy and thick quilt which I never sleep with. Also, couldn’t believe there wasn’t a lighter blanket in the cupboards.
The pillows were ginormous, heavy and way too high. There was no hand wash in the bathroom.
Only two rolls of toilet paper in the room with no spares. Considering it’s a running festival weekend, rooms should be stocked with more toilet paper on these occasions.
Shower was also not hot enough, it was mildly warm at best on the hottest setting.
Also, asking $60 to park your car on top of the accomodation is a bit rich. There are many car parks in and around Brisbane that were much cheaper. However I don’t believe anyone should be paying for parking when they pay for accomodation.
