フロントにいた女性は、対面では、対応は問題なかった。 チェックアウト日、荷物も預けることができた。 しかし、初日シャワールームに虫がいたため メールにて、問い合わせしたが、問い合わせに対してレスポンスがなかった。ここは、残念ポイントだ。

アメニティ等を自身で用意すれば、宿泊するのに不便なことはありませんでした 事前にチェックイン情報が送られてくるので、非対面でのチェックインもできて便利でした 駐車場は入り口すぐの壁にあるパスコードの入力機に気づかず、地下入り口の前でしばらく悩みましたが、事前にパスコード入力機があることを把握していれば困ることはないです

Easy to access to main areas taking trams as the tram station is just front of the hotel.

ドアに隙間があるのでかなり廊下の音などが響きます。皆さん一定の時間を超えれば静かになるのと、耳栓をしていたので影響はありませんでしたが、気になる人は気になると思います。

チェックインがスムーズに行かなかった。

It was awful. Took us ages to figure out how to check in and there was no help at all, place was gross & the shower did not work.

Staff were amazing. Amenities good.

Room is listed as queen and double config when it's actually a queen/double and single. AC sounded like a plane or truck was going passed all night and was not cooling the room whatsoever. No fans in the room so the room was disgustingly hot. Doorhandle wobbles and moves in the door. Haven't heard back from my numerous requests for compensation for the experience.

TV was smashed, bathroom fan didn’t work, air conditioner was from probably the 70s and barely worked. Not quite as advertised.

The room had small cockroaches and the bathroom black mould

Cockroaches in the room, bedside tables hadn’t been cleaned (drink marks etc), no extra blankets as only sheets on the bunk beds. Power points next to queen bed didn’t work either.

More info about parking before you get there as there's no parking available on the street if you haven't checked in. A better website to find where to change bank card details if card doesn't work for the deposit. Needs signs around the building showing where room numbers are. Soap in the bathroom needed, a tissue box needed.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable …a complete set of cutlery would be good, there were no knives or teaspoons. Loved the pool and the shower was hot and full stream. Some WD40 spray needed on all sliding doors.
