Very helpful gentleman who checked me in at 9.30 pm I am 71 years old and he offered to carry my luggage upstairs for me which I know isn't part of the service . He was very kind to do that for me. Please thank him again. Many thanks...

Great location opposite beach. Room clean and comfortable and food downstairs in the dining room good pub Tucker. We were given a food discount voucher and a complimentary drink voucher which wasn’t expected.

I really needs an upgrade. The toilet bowl had brown stains from water, importantly, not feaces.
The bedroom was very dated and the carpet throughout needs replacing.
