Very quiet place. The old buildings in the main street made it like a little english fishing village. Dined both nights at the restaurant connected to the hotel. Food was excellent. We also went and did an Aurthur River Cruise for five hours.

Lovely Guest House in a beautiful location. Walking distance to the main strip where you find a Pub and a few restaurants. Very quiet town, certainly worth a visit.

Very comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops and penguin viewing. Really nicely restored old building. Easy check in.

Perfect heritage room in the idealistic countryside of Stanley, with a luxury bath and comfortable room. Would easily stay again!

Hanlon Guest house is a beautiful character property set in a great location and has lovely views. We stayed upstairs, the room looks onto the beach. A very comfortable space. Checking in was easy. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hanlon Guest House was warm and inviting. The guest lounge was comforting and the amenities supplied was extra special. Great shower and bathroom. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable stay, this is the one you want to stay at.

Lovely place to stay, walk down the street to watch fairy penguins arriving home from a day at sea. Short walk to pub and best scones at Touchwood Cafe, good for breakfast as well.

Great place, near The Nut, penguin platform and penguins walking up to nest for the night. Only negative was someone thumping around upstairs maybe early in the morning but might be one child or heavy footed guest. Will come again.

Great attention to detail. A true country house. Beautiful. Only criticism heater in the bathroon not working. Appeared to have been disabled.

Great stay loved seeing the penguins at dusk and dawn.
