ヘイブン・グリーブ

ホテルの施設は素晴らしく何の問題もありません。周囲にレストランや店も多くあり困ること無し。また、近くに電車の駅があり中心部に出るのにも便利な所です。

グリーブという比較的静かで可愛らしい街の中にあるホテル。すぐ目の前のバス停からシドニーのいろいろな場所に行くことができるので、アクセスはとても良い。向かいに八百屋とコンビニ、カフェがあるので便利。ホテルのランドリーはコインしか使用できないが、フロントに頼めば崩してくれた。清掃員などの点検スタッフ含めてみなさん挨拶もしっかりしてくださって好印象。長期滞在に向いていると思う。

I am a very light sleeper, so I am very sensitive if someone talks in the corridor. The sound insulation at the door is a bit bad, but I solved it by bringing my own earplugs. The surrounding area is still very quiet, especially at night. I use the nearby Glebe station to get to work, and there are many coffee shops on the way to the station, so it's very convenient for me. Another important thing to note is that the shower head in the bathroom should not be turned on too high, otherwise water will overflow. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and will consider to come back again as this place is much more reasonable and can experience local life than hotels in the city area.

Centralに行くバス停から目と鼻の先なので移動に不便は全くありませんでした。 バスを使わなくてもCentralから歩いて20分くらいなので楽です。 ホテルはなかなか綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 トイレに関しては、日本みたいなトイレではなく、オーストラリアの標準のトイレって感じでした。

日本語スタッフいて シドニーの街の事も色々教えてくれて 大変助かりました

・部屋が清潔でベッドも大きく快適 ・ホテルのスタッフが周辺のレストランやマーケットについて丁寧に教えてくれた ・LRTのGlebe駅から5分ほどの距離にあるが、かなりの急な坂であるためスーツケースでの往復はとても大変 ・近くにレストランはたくさんあるが、スーパーマーケットやコンビニが少ない ・シドニーの物価を考えればWIFI・シャワー・個室はお得だが1万円はやはり高い

This is my first time to go Sydney. The hotel is near the city and very comfortable. But bed cover wasn’t changed every day...... Staff is very kind.

シャワールームの外と面している窓のカギが壊れている（そもそもない）ので少し心配でした。

Clean, comfortable, convenient, mostly quiet (some noise audible through door).

The staff here at the hotel, were attentive to detail, very helpful, and always friendly.

Great location for transport connections, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable huge bed. Some small maintenance issues required

Good location, friendly staff but not quite what I was expecting from the photographs online. A small, pretty simple hotel in a good location.

On the first night of my four-night stay at Haven Glebe I had fallen asleep in a chair and woke up at 2am to find a HUGE COCKROACH on my water bottle. If I hadn't been awake or had the lights on that thing could have crawled on me!!! When I asked for help at the front desk, they said I could move to a different room and I had to lug all my things (at 2am, by myself). This new room had multiple flies buzzing around so I had to sleep with the sheets over my head. I slept for 2 hours that night. The rest of the stay was fine, I guess, and the neighbourhood is cute, but I dreaded coming back to the hotel every night and I was anxious the whole time. I was even anxious for a time after I got home, because what if a cockroach had hitched a hike or laid eggs in my luggage? I was offered no compensation other than a voucher for a complimentary breakfast and an "upgrade" to a room at a higher floor. I declined, because I had no desire to eat food prepared at a place that has cockroaches and I didn't want to lug my stuff to yet another room with no guarantee that it would be cleaner. I emailed the hotel and Expedia after the fact and the hotel was reluctant to do anything further. I had to pester Expedia multiple times before they finally got the hotel to agree to reimburse me for one night of my stay. It wasn't an unreasonable ask, as I was not given what I contracted for - i.e. a clean and safe place to stay - but it was like pulling teeth to get them to do the right thing.

Love this hotel when staying in a Sydney for work. Super clean and very comfortable beds. Lovely little balcony is nice. Staff are very friendly. Recommended
