Property Location is good but the Mattress was very springy and uncomfortable. The Furniture is old.

The apartment itself was large, well laid out and comfortable with fantastic views. The shower in the second bathroom had a door that didn't close and leaked water all over the floor and there was no sound proving between the bedrooms. We found the location to be very nosiy as there were multiple night clubs that pumped loud music until around 3:30am every morning. We have arrived home very unrested because of this.

Location where we picked up the keys was in completely different location from where we were staying. Customer service not friendly ( rude) We struggled to find our parking as well as our apartment. No proper directions and for that reason we got locked in one of the elevators. Luckily we got helped by complete stranger. Finally when we made to apartment we found that there are some cockroaches and when we made complaints to reception of Holiday Holiday, they told us that this is NORMAL. Very disappointing. Never again.

Tha accommodations were very nice. Dishes, cutlery and utensils were lacking

I loved the scenery from my apartment however the reception staff communication wasn’t clear as I got lost not knowing where to park. It was difficult to get to the hotel office which was further away from the apartment. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly.

Everything about this property was amazing! From the location, the views , the cleanliness ! Absolutely everything was perfect . We cannot wait to come back

The property is located in the main city centre, close to all the attractions, restaurants and beach. It was very clean with fantastic view of beach, ocean and city around and good swimming pools.

I like the cleaning around and the beautiful view spaces and the kitchen facilities. But there is NO tissues or much towels!

Worst holiday experience of my life. Couldn’t find the property for over a hour because all the instructions are for before 8pm when all the doors lock out. Room wasn’t clean, sand everywhere including the main bed…. Main bathroom flooded into the entire apartment with bacteria from previous patrons (pubes, hairs, grime you name it). Tried to soak it up using towels - thought I’d then do the wash only for the dryer not to work! Hotel telling us they’ll said maintenance when we check out….didn’t even offer to swap rooms. So we got to enjoy the smell of off water and couldn’t use the room. On check out got treated with such disrespect by the “manager”. Made us wait 15 minutes and instantly came up to us with an aggressive tone, refused any compensation and ended up swearing at us, so we swore back. Held my bond and refused to return it until after I deleted my google review. Don’t waste your time. They’re a piggy back hotel, they don’t actually own anything.

Lovely property

Lodged formal complaint to Wotif and Management team at Holiday Holiday but no response. Wotif misleading advertising for the property. It’s not 4 star. No amenities provided only starter kit for a day and we stayed 5 nights. No towels and very poor facility. We complained to Wotif and they couldn’t do anything plus no where to complain. We will lodge a formal complain to Fair Trade and QLD Tourism for misleading advertising.

Next time book direct with the apartment. Incorrectly configured for our number. 6 hours in phone with no result. Apartments stinks if garbage throughout foyer

Property ameneties were excellent location and view were excellent property was a little run down paint was falling off the ceiling at the sliding door and there was a terrible sewrage smell throughout the unit and building.The smell got worse at night time or when you turned on the airconditioner.The smell is what would stop us going back to the property agin.

The property is a moderate standard. The indoor pool area needed cleaning and the hotel corridors had a strange smell. The location is very central but the street can be extremely noisy of an evening.

We have been scammed $200 for a alleged chipped lamp which we have not damaged. We noticed the top cover of the lamp was already crooked when we checked in along with many other things. We shouldve reported this straight away but we just assumed that the room has been properly checked and that they would know of these things already. Apparently not. There were various issues with the Hilton room that we could have been falsely accused for just like this lamp. They say that their staff check before and after guests stay (which of course is a given) but maybe they did not check properly prior to us staying falsely accusing us damaging lamp that was already there damaged. Their staff are no help and say the same thing without acknowledging the customer's point of view. We booked through Wotif not knowing a third party company was managing our room privately as it didn't clearly say for the room we needed with two bedrooms. It just had special check in instructions which we assumed was due to covid. We always booked straight with hotels and never knew third party companies like these existed within premium hotels. ALWAYS BOOK WITH HOTELS DIRECTLY! They will probably reply to this review saying the same thing that they replied to other similar complaints about how it was the customer who broke the items and therefore we should be responsible. Yes indeed but the problem is, we didn't break it and it already was crooked from the small chip.

Great location, clean tidy room everything we needed was provided .

The location was perfect.

Excellent location although can be noisy at night. Good to have access to Hilton pools. Room itself getting tired and rundown in places. No cleaning or servicing during the 9 nights we stayed. A bit less convenient having to check in at a different location to the hotel.
