Actually for the room it hadn't been moped or vacuumed in months.WasBut awesome location and shopping. But yeah hard and rude checkin. But the deposit really got me cause when paid for holiday nothing was said about deposit lucky I had the 300 on me after the weeks price. And to hold that long wasn't right you wanted it then and now. I left room cleaner than we got it. Took pics and had to clean room first. Staff not helpful.

We stayed 8 nights at Circle on Cavill and were pleasantly surprised with our apartment. Great views over both the ocean and the river. Very clean and modern apartment which was very handy to the beach, Cavill Ave and public transport. Would definitely stay again!

We arrived after hours & the reception was very hard for us to understand as it wasn't near the apartment. It was a local couple that recognised us struggling to work it out & helped show us where to go.
We also had a fire alarm going off telling us to evacuate. We piloted down 31 levels of stairs to be told it was a false alarm by one of the ladies that lived in one of the apartments permanently. No communication from holiday holiday. Apart from that, the apartment was gorgeous & very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again as it was so convenient to EVERYTHING!

Room on arrival looked clean and pleasant, location to shops was awesome, couldn't get better, same as food places all located in a small area. With great choices. Check in was great, I had a few issues leading up to my check in and the staff were very helpful to me. Looking forward to renting again next year, when vacancies open up again

Location was great. Shops and takeaways are in walking distance. Unfortunately our apartment was dirty. Very dusty surfaces, fingerprints were on all surfaces and mirrors, all dishes were so dirty/oily and unusable. The worst part was the couch and an armchair in leaving area (under the cushions were food cramps and rubbish). Unfortunately when you come for holidays especially with small children who touch everything and play on the floor or couch you would expect at least there is no food left over under the cushions after someone else stay.

only down side for me was that when we arrived there was glass all over the apartment, quite literally in every room. So I started my holiday vacuuming the whole place. I also ended up standing on 3 hidden shards across my 5 night stay. It doesn’t go down to the place itself, more so the people who stayed there before me. Without that, great facilities and amazing view from our deck.

Conveniently located in Center of surfers paradise with easy access to the light rail, beach and shops.. facility has a heated pool, sauna, gym and steam room. room had great views of the beach and Ocean. Rooms were clean but washing machine had sand in it. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Luckily Woolworths is located on the ground floor.

The apartment was in a great location with amazing views on Level 41, it catered for a family and was clean. There was a Woolworths directly underneath, and everything in Surfers was a short walk, including restaurants, light rail, the Esplanade and activities. We didn't need a car at all. The building had 3 pools, including an indoor pool, and a sauna, steam room and spa. The gym was fantastic, the biggest and best equipped gym I've seen at any hotel. There was also a full size games arcade and a private cinema you could book. The kids loved all the amenities. Just need to note that the reception is located in a different building, about a 5 minute walk to the Chevron shopping centre. The Holiday Holiday staff were lovely to deal with. Also, the lifts can take some time, which is to be expected with so many high floors. These are private apartments and they are not serviced. Will definitely stay here again.

Private off-site owner meant visiting before and after. Lifts in process of upgrade lead to long wait times. Very poor air quality in lobbies and car park. Great location and views!
