The only issue was the windows needed a good clean from the outside and also the single beds were a little uncomfortable.

The apartment was in a great location with amazing views on Level 41, it catered for a family and was clean. There was a Woolworths directly underneath, and everything in Surfers was a short walk, including restaurants, light rail, the Esplanade and activities. We didn't need a car at all. The building had 3 pools, including an indoor pool, and a sauna, steam room and spa. The gym was fantastic, the biggest and best equipped gym I've seen at any hotel. There was also a full size games arcade and a private cinema you could book. The kids loved all the amenities. Just need to note that the reception is located in a different building, about a 5 minute walk to the Chevron shopping centre. The Holiday Holiday staff were lovely to deal with. Also, the lifts can take some time, which is to be expected with so many high floors. These are private apartments and they are not serviced. Will definitely stay here again.

Great view. Very convenient. Easy access with lifts. Close to everything. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Nice strong water for shower.

Private off-site owner meant visiting before and after. Lifts in process of upgrade lead to long wait times. Very poor air quality in lobbies and car park. Great location and views!

Easy and safe to use , very central everything on walking distances

The location is the best, very close to transport, supermarket at your doorstep and everything you could possibly need is at walking distance. The property itself was awesome, great views (mostly of the lake) but some ocean views as well. Some of the furniture was a little unclean but passable, I do think with a good clean they would come up nice again. The main bedroom mattress definitely needs an upgrade. You could tell it is a cheap mattress. These things were not really a deal breaker for me as I only was there for the week. Would I stay again? Definitely! I went to see a friends apartment at a much more expensive complex and our room, although not as new, was more spacious and just as comfortable. Sure, they had uninterrupted ocean views but we had a clear river view and ocean views as well. The ensuite bathrooms were similar to theirs and we both had spa baths! They paid over $2000 more as they had a third bedroom but our apartment had a sofa bed that could easily accommodate 6 people with plenty of room to move around. I loved this apartment so much I only wish I didn’t have to leave (I just missed my bed only). 😭 For reference my apartment was a deluxe apartment. I traveled in September so didn’t pay a premium price for it as it wasn’t peak yet. When I do return to Gold Coast I will be sure to stay here again! Wish I could buy it 😁

Close to everything.

The room was nice and views were great and had plenty of room for the family, the property had plenty of activities for the kids and kept them happy, the only downside was one lift was down and the other 2 were playing up and we had up to 15 minutes wait to get a lift due to so many people being there. The beds were a little bit hard for my liking but apart from that we were happy with our stay

View was amazing, comfortable bed and heaps of storage space, the mirrored walk through wardrobe doors to the bathroom came in handy for checking outfits and doing makeup.

View was amazing close to everything nice large appartment Had a few things wrong though kettle was leaking, toaster only worked on one side, spaghetti on the floor, washing machine wrecked a few T-Shirts, clothes horse left rust stains on white clothes, an on suite bathroom smelt

Location is great, transportation on light rail is good, easy walk to the beach and Ripleys etc. Not enough towels for 7 people; and no spa/beach towels provided. No extra pillows or blankets in each room. Only a mink blanket as the linen. No cleaning products supplied for bathrooms and kitchen or toilet paper.

Property in a very good location.furniture can do with updating.stains on mattress protector. Carpets need a good clean.broken fridge shelving.front door doesn't self lock on way out.apart from that.everything else good.forgot to mention that when exiting on last day.we had to self lock door.than i had to run the keys to the office at Chevron towers office.other rooms we stayed at in the same apartments. We just locked keys in room take photo of keys that they were left their.than just go because of the self locking door.
