Clean and tidy room. 7 minute flat walk to Royal North Shore Hospital. Did not have the breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning. Staff lovely. Have stayed here many times.

小さいお部屋。香水の匂いがきつかった。駐車場もとても狭くて停めるのもひと苦労。停めるところがないときは隣のホテルに止めるように言われるので少し面倒くさい。でも朝食はそこそこ。パンとコーヒーと紅茶、ジュース、ヨーグルト、フルーツ。
この料金でこれならいいかな。

The room was small but good. Crisp clean sheets on the bed.
Parking is extremely tight down the bottom parking, I was luck enough to jag a spot up top.
The window mounted Air-conditioning worked well but very noisy.
As a whole for a budget room I give it 4 stars.

As soon as we arrived we were concerned of where we were staying as the outside of the property was very run down.
When we got to the rooms, we were disappointed with how run down and untidy the room was kept. The bathroom had so much mould and the bedding had stains and hair throughout the sheets.
If you are planning on parking, l would suggest not to as the parking lot is not big enough to even get your car out of the parking spaces. We had an early hospital appointment and had to end up walking at 5am as there was no way to get your car out due to the carpark not being big enough to accommodate with the amount of cars parked in there. Very disappointing

Nothing nearby. Can't fit the jug under the tap, had to fill it with mugs. Has a microwave but only one teaspoon and no other cutlery. Soap was very old and useless. The curtains don't cover the top part of the window and the light outside was on all night. Impossible to sleep. Also every time someone shut a door the bang shook the room. Traffic noise was horrible until 11.00 p.m. never again also drunk and swearing people in the next room could be heard til 2.oo a.m Never again
