the smallest and cramp place i ever stayed. there is hygiene issues with insect crawling inside the room. building was in thin timber structure and the shower was drippings with limited water pressure.

Thanks for the reception lady waited for us until 10pm for check in, we appreciated it. We stayed on the 2nd floor and because the stairs was a little bit too narrow when you are carrying suitcases. The room was too small, we had a difficult time to manage how to open our two medium size suitcases. It took about 2-3 minutes to wait for the hot water to come out from shower, also the water pressure was disappointing. Free parking was provided, but the only spot left was so difficult to park, I had to make several attempts (I have 30+ years of driving experience) in order to park properly. Oh, the air conditioner in my room was super cold, that’s good.

Near to the royal north shore hospital, very convenient for me to visit my friend who stay in hospital. Near to the tram station. The room is clean and tidy, very friendly staff

早餐非常簡單,自助麵包,自助果汁,自助牛奶穀片,自助草莓優格,WIFI速度堪用,但絕對不能用來玩遊戲,肯定會LAG,飯店沒有電梯,所以最好請前台給低樓層的房間,不然就要搬行李到三樓(最高層),除非想當健身,但整體來說飯店服務算還OK,WIFI加早餐可以了!!

There was no parking available at night.

It's a low budge place that is clean and (as much as I can judge) safe. The location is convenient with St. Leonards station near by and Crows Nest for eating. Aircon works, and it's reasonably quiet (aircon hums). We at at a Vienames place called "Chill". Good value, tasty and friendly. Very good for what it is. Nothing fancy about it. Solid choice for low budget.

Staff went above and beyond and were so super helpful really good value for money clean and quiet and close to Northshore Private Hospital

The Lady at reception was lovely. The location is fantastic. The room was basic but definitely good value. I’ll definitely stay again depending on the price

No frills hotel. Clean and good

Clean room, staff very friendly, even upgraded me as a change of plan had happened. Quiet, room had everything I needed. Have stayed here many times and would recommend. Very close, walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital.

if you want cheap this is the place for you. Refurbished on a very tight budget.

Very limited options - white toast bread and dry cereals only. Apples provided. The facility was described as a Cafe - it is not - just a small room with tables and chairs and a plastic box to place dirty dishes.

Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The building is a bit old fashioned but it has been refreshed well. Location was our main concern so a 10 minute walk to the station was ideal. A great stay for the price.

Limited parking for larger car Exposed butter in cafe. Health hazard, totally turned off. Some staff ok.

No electricity at the motel for our stay. We were expected to spend the night in the dark plus my wife needed electricity for her life support machine. Very annoyed we were not advised before hand as the booking was made the week before.

Wonderful stay. Lovely staff, Katrina was extremely helpful going out of her way to help me out. Very much appreciated. Will always stay here. Convenient and friendly. Thank you

Breakfast set up probably the best part of the motel. Might as well say there is no parking. I had to drive around for half hour looking for a park and had to pay for parking.

My room at the back was quiet and suited me sleeping there. It all worked ok.

Clean room, nice amenities. But it would be better to have elevator
