I arrived at the hotel around 23 o'clock last night. No one was already at the front desk, so I couldn't check in easily. With the help of a man staying at the hotel, I had a person on night duty connect the phone. It took 60 minutes to check in. Was there no other way but to call at that time? I couldn't get a call, though. It would have been difficult if the man of the guest hadn't called me many times.

Room is just okay but very congested

Lovely stay, clean room, friendly, helpful staff, breakfast was lovely and parking felt safe even after dark as a single woman.

Breakfast was too limited !

I already left a review on Google and the manager, responded, outright attempting to gaslight me, despite over 20 attached photos. AVOID THIS PLACE !

Place is clean, tidy, thoughtfully staffed

Toilet/shower space did not feel very clean with obvious signs of mould. Room smelt quite off (like an old mop). Realised the carpet was wet when I removed my shoes. Air conditioner was so noisy that we could not have it on. Step down from toilet cubicle into room is dangerou s. Very poor value for money.

Bed was comfortable and looked clean. We had a bunk above a queen bed which was unexpected as we didn't need the extra bed and easy to bump your head on if you're not really careful, but wasn't really an issue. Cleanliness was pretty poor. The bedside tables, corners of the room, and the kettle were very dusty and dirty, the mirror was dirty and the shower had hairs on the floor and mould in the corners. There was also no shower curtain so water went everywhere and the towel hooks being against the toilet wall isn't ideal. There was no bath mat but luckily had an extra towel. Also only one spoon for tea and coffee for two people. The aircon unit was really dirty and only seemed to have one setting working and was very loud but we had to keep it running all night as the room was so hot. Strange having the only sink and mirror on the opposite side of the room away from the bathroom in a tiny room but not a huge deal for a cheaper hotel.

Parking is now $10 per night per stay.vthus is a bew cost. The bed was good. Room is great for an overnighter and a shower. Close to olympic park if you're driving.

The staff is very attentive, Friendly and very helpful. The stay was good, this hotel it’s a good option for short travels and low budget.

Booked room expecting comfortable bed but it was 2 singles pushed together ,hole in the curtains had to clip towel to block outside seeing in, just wasn’t happy with this hotel. Definitely won’t stay there again.
