I arrived at the hotel around 23 o'clock last night. No one was already at the front desk, so I couldn't check in easily. With the help of a man staying at the hotel, I had a person on night duty connect the phone. It took 60 minutes to check in. Was there no other way but to call at that time? I couldn't get a call, though. It would have been difficult if the man of the guest hadn't called me many times.

Everthings good

Everything in the room was dirty, and it had a bad smell. It was also very noisy. Most hotels provide free parking, but this hotel charged an additional fee for parking. The reception staff were not very friendly or professional either.

It was great for the price, the room was relatively clean, and the parking lot was a big plus in Sydney. The guest laundry was functional, clean, and much cheaper than local laundromats. We had a water leak in the room that we didn't discover until the very last day (it was small and in a corner), it had caused a bit of a musty smell in the room but I don't believe it would have been there had the leak been identified. There is no elevator in this hotel so ask for ground floor if that matters to you.

Convenient location

Always clean and comfortable, only issue I had was noisey guests but that’s life sometimes

My booking was canceled and still they charged me and shameful is that they need rating as well. I can describe as a scammer

I have stayed here many times but this was the first time I have ever been charged for parking. Not excessively expensive but just surprised. The motel is conveniently located for Olympic park. Although accommodation is basic it is good value and staff are helpful

For the one night stay, it was ok

Very small space. Toilet and bathroom drain smelled bad. Thinknthere was a leak. Its out dated and out. The step out is not economical. Not going back

There is a slight smell of pee in toilet

The room was fine. Bring ear plugs because your next to a busy street. The only problem is the bathroom is tiny like a airplane toilet to kept banging our arms. But the bed was very comfy and for the price it was good. A quick Uber ride to Olympic park or Strathfield. And right next to fast foods so if you have got a car you can still get food.

The late evening crew on duty when we arrived on 6/6/26 lacked a welcoming demeanor and displayed unprofessional behavior, possibly due to his youth. Despite our arrival time coinciding with that of other guests, the staff seemed rushed to check us in, prioritizing the next guests over us. Unfortunately, he failed to provide an orientation of the premises or information about internet connectivity. In contrast, on 6/7/26, the early morning staff demonstrated greater professionalism and attentiveness to our concerns. However, the room proved to be small and crowded for my husband and me, given our two medium-sized luggage pieces, hand carry, personal bag, and CPAP machine, which left limited space for our belongings, particularly with the absence of closet storage. No elevator for those on the upper level. There is no security box in the room. The room proved somewhat restrictive due to the presence of luggage and specific spatial requirements stemming from my husband's medical condition, which necessitated ample space for mobility given his heart problems and unstable balance. This property I believed suitable only for short stays of one to two nights, I would not recommend it for extended periods.

Room is just okay but very congested

Lovely stay, clean room, friendly, helpful staff, breakfast was lovely and parking felt safe even after dark as a single woman.

Breakfast was too limited !
