saw cockroaches on the floor?? and then given the wrong room when i first arrived

We couldn’t stay in the hotel as it was very dirty, suspect mould and air conditioner state was making my partner sick. Unable to get a refund for parking, hotel wouldn’t return communication

Clean room. Channels on the free to air TV have finally been updated.

The room was well presented

Staff were friendly and helpful the aircon was on and ready when we arrived so the room was lovely and cool

I paid 475 AUD for 2 nights at Ibis Budget Enfield. It wasnt worth the price at all. There was no handwash, no tissues. In addition, shower head was all rusty and dirty toilet and curtains. The room was barely big enough to walk. It was honestly the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Check in was fine the room was clean but the air conditioning and filters and fans needed to be cleaned or replaced and the noise from the air conditioning was horrendous

Everything was perfect

Terrible smell from the toilet drain. The cleaning staff promptly smothered everything in bleach which helped for a few hours, but it returned as bad as ever. I've stayed before and had the same problem though not as bad. The A/C worked initially, but after I turned it of it refused to kick in when I tried to use it later in the night. I opened the window to get some cool air into the room. When I tried it in the morning it worked. Strange. Strange hotel.

The bed was comfortable, small room, and quite far out from the city and Olympic Stadium.

Clean room

Tv on the wall is in a position where you smash your shoulders into each time you walk past, have a few bruises to go home with. Otherwise bed and linen is fresh and clean, room was clean. Good for an overnight stop.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to stay on a cheap cruise ship repurposed as a minimum-security prison, this is your chance! The room was the size of a small cell, with scratchy sheets woven from broken dreams. I would’ve asked for new ones, but I was too busy negotiating with the cockroach who’d clearly been a visitor longer than me. Accessibility? None. Just endless stairs I had to climb while hauling my heavy bag. The car park looked like a CSI set, and I wasn’t shocked when the police actually showed up, bonus entertainment, I guess? Noise levels were next level, I could hear every conversation, footstep, and stair creak like the whole building was auditioning for a musical. And for all this excitement? Not even that “budget.” Honestly, if I wanted this kind of experience, I’d commit a petty crime and ask for jail time instead. To be fair, the staff were friendly enough, but the place itself looked nothing like the photos. Those strategically staged pictures deserve an Oscar for “Best Fictional Representation of Reality.” And those glowing reviews? Either everyone else stayed in a parallel universe, or they’re bots with very low standards. Would I stay again? Only if it came with a tetanus shot, roach spray, and noise-cancelling headphones. ⭐ One star — for existing and giving me a story I’ll be telling for many days to come.

It's a budget place but there were dead and live cockroahes. I had to keep everything zipped up. The sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom and decor was shabby and damaged. I didn't have breakfast but had a hot drink which was not pleasant it went down the sink. Not a nice experience but was only one night.

There was no towels in the room, had to lend one off mate staying in another room. Toilet shower combo is a small area and becomes a complete wet area, as there is no shower curtain. House keeping could be better, otherwise priced okay for what it is.
