Excellent service and exceptional customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say—it truly is a hidden gem just 10 minutes' drive from Canberra.

Well appointed motel room with all you'd expect of a high quality brand. Amused at his life the extractor fan in the bathroom was BUT it worked really well so no streamed up mirrors. Quite a big spread out complex but very quiet. Great budget breakfast at a good price if you book it with your room. Happy with the price and bring only a few kms from the city CBD was no inconvenience.

Ive been to this property before but this time the room was really dirty and the air con didnt work great.

We enjoy stay, with two kids under the age of 6. It’s quite, good value for money. And very good breakfast.

I liked there was a pub next door for food

The room smelt musty and the shower was dirty as well. The out door paths were terribly uneven and an accident waiting to happen.

Lovely stay

Suited our puroses for an economical family stay. The pizza was good and a fair price!

Super convenient, staff happy to help, facilities good and Eaglehawk hotel across the road is a Fantastic place to enjoy one of the best stone cooked steaks in Canberra. Definitely worth staying!

Just needs updating

What an amazing place. Set amongst beautiful bush land, individual units blocks makes for a private stay. Clean rooms, a bit run down but at under $100 a night and pet friendly, so close to Canberra, you can't go wrong!

After reading the mixed reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. Check in was seemless, staff were friendly, instructions to our room were straighforward. The room itself was basic but had everything we needed. Most importantly, it was clean! Shower pressure was great and bathroom was stocked with ample towelling etc. General grounds were well kept. We ate at the Eaglehawk Hotel next door which was amazing and worth the stay just to dine at that venue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hestitate to stay there again.

It was a very nice stay, Manger was very good and helpful.

Great price, comfy rooms for the price, more of a school camp feel though. Was probably great in its 80’s/90’s hay days but seems a bit forgotten now and in need of a makeover. Nothing much around as it’s on the highway (rest stop) but only 15min from Canberra city centre. Great for a stopover with a full breakfast buffet & helpful staff. Need to update the curtains in rooms

The place was good all round had plenty of a facilities food was fine. Beds were comfortable but rooms do need an update except the bathroom looked renovated. Overall considering what we paid I was happy only problem. It was too far from everything.
