Location next to highway

Everything that was given and provided and supplied for us was excellent. If we could have some soft pillows and a few extras available would be great. The necessities in the bathroom toothpicks, shower cap would be awesome. Maybe a microwave in the rooms. So clean and food in the restaurant was so damm beautiful xx staff was awesome Xx

Cheap and cheerful. We didn't use the facilities apart from the room; the restaurants didn't appear open on our stay. Good pub just up the road - book in advance if it's near the weekend, as it gets packed out. Also petrol station next door. Note you are technically in NSW for this hotel. Still an easy 20 minute drive into Canberra town and suited our purposes for locations in the North of the city.

The staff, especially the guy at the breakfast dining area is awesome. The breakfast was relatively affordable and worth the price. Need to improve on the toiletries maintenance as there were no more hand/body soap on the dispensers.

Staff are great.internet could be better and more washing machines and dryers other then one of each as there are alot of rooms in the park. room's a pretty clean the front staff were amazing as we had a situation that was handed by the front staff and management straight away so service was great we enjoyed our stay.

Beds were comfortable, and the family room (adjoined rooms) had a good lay out, with an air conditioner in each room, and a small tv in one room. The room had kitchenette area with a small microwave, kettle, and toaster, a couple of glasses and coffee mugs, but no cutlery. A small amount of tea, coffee, and sugar was provided. Liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner also provided. We arrived just after 4pm, but the room wasn’t ready yet. It was about half an hour wait. Parking near the room was easy, and there was a path from the car park, up to the rooms. Outdoor lighting was lacking, so if arriving after dark, have a torch handy. The grounds themselves were quiet, and basically no road noise either. I wouldn’t pay more than we did for the accomodation, but we would stay there again if travelling through.

Buffet / restaurant staff was excellent.

Room still had vomit on thr bunk beds and on the curtains. Floors very grubby. We just need a place to sleep for a few hours, so didnt complain. Then left early morning, never to return.

Breakfast was good. Only thing I have to say about check in cause it was not on time. Have travelled long way and when reached hotel,the room was not ready even after 2pm

The laundry was still left outside of our door in the night. There were piles of rubbish left outside in the bins and on the floor. I have stayed in many Ibis hotels across the country and this one was almost on par with a caravan park.

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several issues. The room had a strong unpleasant odour, which made it very difficult for us to sleep on the first night. We also wanted some warm drinking water, so we poured bottled water into the kettle. However, the water came out with a salty taste, leaving us without drinkable water overnight, which was extremely inconvenient. We even asked the cleaning staff to replace the kettle, but the replacement had the same issue. Additionally, there was a guest Wi-Fi network available, but the connection instructions provided were incorrect. As we had very limited mobile reception, we relied on the internet service; however, despite multiple attempts, we were unable to connect. We also tried contacting reception for assistance, but were unable to get through. Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and experience during the stay and were disappointing given our expectations.

Best buffey breakfast for good price.

Very happy with my stay , didn't like the water saving shower much, but understand why you use it. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Parking good, room cleanliness good but amenities need to be changes

Large and laid out resort- barely heard any other guests. Breakfast was yummy with a coffee machine that makes tasty coffee and hot choccy. All staff we saw- restaurant, cleaners, reception- all helpful and friendly. Close enough to Canberra, we only ever had 20min drive for all sites. Comfy beds and plenty of space for the kids in the family rooms. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
