Rooms were tidy and clean, spacious, parking available, staff friendly. overall very happy with our stay.

Super clean and comfortable beds terrific service.

Door access card didn’t work and had to get it recoded, right on pool was noisy and room had hairs and grime through the sheets, curtains and walls covered in marks and clumps of god knows what. Shower hgeneralky dirty and stains on towels. Noise travels pretty easily through walls and woke up with rash all over. When contacting ibis afterwards to say what it was like and question whether they had ever had reports of bed bugs or the like they offered nothing to help other than “I’ll check and see if that particular rooms ever had bed bugs”. Would not stay again! Terrible. Plenty more options in Tamworth that you probably won’t be checking out of wondering if your taking bed bugs home to ruin all of your own furniture.

Toilet leaking. Room smells wet. Very old.

good basic hotel , clean, central and good A/C only down side is cafe/ restaurant is very basic.

Business stay for one night, bed comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Near a main road can get a bit noisy, it didn’t worry me.

I would like to see a table and a couple of chairs available outside the room to enjoy the fresh air and an evening beverage.

The room was extremely clean, the resteraunt was Awesome & the Ladies on the desk were welcoming

Clean apartment. Able to park directly in front of room which was convenient. Spacious room

Buffet breakfast was $35. Way too expensive. No microwave in the room. 2x queen beds in the room but only 1 teaspoon. Bathroom was full of mould and they have previously had a water leak, paint is damaged and bubbled on the wall. Reported to reception but didnt care

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

This property is close to the CBD. The rooms are spacious and clean with a big window overlooking the creek behind the hotel. It's a great place to stay while in Tamworth.
