Decor and cleaniness excellent. Bed was so comfortable. Rooms not soundproof So could here up staors

Didn't like the plastic plants outside reception and breakfast area.

Easy check-in. Really appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to fix our shower that wasn’t draining. Please pass on our thanks to the team. Dining options not great and it was a bit noisy. Coffee cups were stained.

I’ve stayed at Ibis a few times now and have always had a pleasant stay hence why I keep coming back, however this time I unfortunately was put in a much older looking room and my wifi was terrible, not great when you’re there on a business trip. There was also a very strong scent in the room, hard to put your finger on what it smells like, but like a superficial cleaning supply/ air freshener. I’m not one to complain and it wasn’t THAT BAD however it has left me wondering if I should look elsewhere next time.

Good bang for the buck. Very friendly staff. Room as described. Comfy bed. Parking right in front of (or right under) the rooms. Would book again if I am ever back in Tamworth.

VERY SUITABLE FOR OUR TWO NIGHT STAY, VERY GOOD PRICE ON EXPEDIA EVEN BETTER WITH OUR EXPEDIA CREDIT.

Good size room (standard twin) refurbished recently-ish, looking modern. Beds comfortable enough but pillows too hard for my liking. Thankful for the aircon on the hottest weekend all summer. Bathroom is in need of renovation. Clean and functional but time warp to the 1960’s. Buffet breakfast was ok but an espresso coffee could be included and appreciated considering the price of the buffet. The hot food was average and reminiscent of school camps. Pool looked a little murky and not clean so did not use it. Other people did though and looked to be enjoying it. Stayed here as had heard a good review about it but they had stayed in a renovated room with new bathroom. Not sure I would stay again and definitely wouldn’t pay rack rate for it.

The swimming pool was disgusting and green. Not sure if they ever check the PH levels . Thats a huge risk for guests

I had an unexpectedly quiet night despite proximity of the facility to the main road. Internet was good. access was easy and I could park my car outside my room. Thank you!

Enjoyed the location of the property. Good value for money. Rooms decent size for our family of four and staff were helpful with all requests.

Located a short walk to the town centre and Toyota Park. TV in the room did not work but not really needed. We were 2 females sharing, plenty of room and two big comfy beds. Would have liked a mirror option in the main room. Will be back for tcmf 2026.

I was disappointed the televisions didnt pick up PRIME! shower head was also not great!
