深夜でもチェックインができてよかった。 バス停が近く、ダウンタウンへのアクセスがよかった。 ただ、オーストラリアで使える携帯番号がないと部屋の番号やアクセスキーがわからないのでそこだけ不便だった

Nice hotel

Excellent room and convenient to the hospital

Left belongings in the room and motel claim housekeeping never logged it. A stolen property report is being made to police. They also knocked on door at 2 mins past check out time which was just rude . We had two different check out times. Do not recommend will not be going back they are thieving grubs

Unfortunately when we booked our room was to have 2 beds on arrival it only had 1 bed n bunk bed for 3 adults and paid for a room with 2 beds so hopefully next time make sure you get the room correctly and what guests pay for

Really clean room A small table and chairs would be great in the room Washing machine didn't go when tried to use it. Dryer doesn't dry clothes but keeps taking your money Other than that will stay again

Tiny room with even tinier bathroom. Shower flooded the whole bathroom floor. Sink so tiny I couldn’t even fill up my water bottle. Building did not keep outside noise out nor did it insulate you from noise made in other rooms. This looks like it was an ex-formula 1 motel. I wanted cheap accommodation and I got what I paid for.

My stay at the Imperial Motel Windsor was good. The room was very clean, the bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had very hot water with great water pressure. The motel seemed quite full with guests and there was enough on site parking for everyone. In some of the other comments people had mentioned having difficulty with the keyless entry, I found it very easy. The only downside was there was no toaster or microwave in the the room although there is a microwave downstairs in the foyer area. If your elderly or have mobility issues you might want to try and pre-arrange a ground floor room as there is 3 levels and only stairs. The stairs could be a little tricky if you had heavy or extra baggage to carry. I would definitely recommend this motel as it's pricing is exceptional compared to other motels in the same area.

Was very clean and convenient, the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept amazing. Despite being right next to a busy road the noise isn’t a problem. There’s a bus stop less than two minutes away so very easy to get to the city. There are no lifts so be mindful of which floor you get put on if you need assistance with accessibility. The bathroom experience was a bit frustrating as the toilet is right next to the shower with only a curtain separating them, with no where to put your toiletries while you shower, and you can’t leave the bathroom door open whilst showering due to the smoke alarm, so it can feel quite claustrophobic. Check in was a little over complicated. Overall I feel like the price per night should be a little lower considering what other budget hotels in Brisbane have to offer.

Excellent for solo travelers, and travelers in transit. Well located to the international airport and domestic terminals. Very good customer attention and safe by all means

Parking was easy.

A truly woeful checkin process. All electronic. System would not send code to door. I was stuck outside unable to enter hotel let alone my room. I call the number for help. I get an AI bot that puts me through to a service person that did not answer. Other people with same issue trying to solve problems. To top it off the shower is like a broom cupboard and water slopes to the room. They tell you you are liable for damage which i assume includes water damage before you checkin. Yes it's cheap, but my advise is to pay extra for a human being to checkin. It simply is not worth the hassle of dealing with this impersonal an troublesome system.

I found it very difficult to use the keyless system, sometimes it worked other times it didn’t . The location was excellent for my purposes. Only downside was the construction of the property next door , the noise .

This spotlessly clean hotel had no human receptionist. My anxiety-ridden check-in took 2 hours of roundabout phone calls to 3 online staff with thick, difficult-to-understand accents. My phone speaker wouldn't or couldn't work properly. The volume was so low at times i could hardly understand the "help" staff (? overseas call-in help line). Kind frustrated guests intervened to help - not only me, but - an elderly couple, who also had no idea how to do the horribly complicated booking on their mobile. I was sobbing and screaming. At one stage I had to lie down in the disabled toilet because my daughter had already booked the room (only 25 mins before I arrived) and I thought it would have to be where i could rest my exhausted head for the night. After flying from Cairns to attend an old school friend's funeral, it was too much to handle on top of the death of my 29 year old son-in-law, which left my bereaved daughter with a 12 month old baby boy at the time. My one night here was a rare break for me since the tragic car accident six months ago. Why is it that this AI booking system has replaced the far superior performance of a human receptionist? The security guard was nice. However, he was put in a difficult postion because of the overly complicated, faulty online booking system, that requires glitches to be removed and more fine tuning before more bereaved guests are caused such extreme angst to simply get into a booked room they have paid for, that they melt down.

Hmmm trying to think of something nice to stay. Similar sized rooms to a cabin on an overnight ferry (very small$. Bathroom was really an open shower with a toilet and sink squeezed in. Steam set off the smoke alarms so don’t stay here if you’re claustrophobic. No staff on site. No lift. Don’t recommend.
