My wife booked this hotel through Trivago, which was then processed via Expedia. After a long flight and difficult trip from Brisbane Airport, I arrived expecting a straightforward check-in process but instead found there was no reception area, only a sign directing me to use an app. For someone who mainly uses a phone for calls and emails, this was extremely confusing and stressful. After nearly an hour trying to work things out, my wife, who was in another state, had to step in and help. She downloaded the apps, completed the check-in process, provided a credit card for security purposes, contacted the company and arranged for access codes to be sent to me for both the building and my room. The room itself and our original nightly rate were very good value, however I feel there should be much clearer communication that this is a fully self-managed check-in process with no traditional reception. I was also disappointed that when I extended my stay by another two nights using the number provided in the room, I was charged an additional $60 per night compared with my original booking rate. Overall, not bad accommodation, but the check-in experience and pricing difference made the stay confusing and frustrating.

The kettle was filthy and we had to ask for a new one. Only enough tea, coffee, sugar and sweeteners for 1 day. We were there for 3 days checking out on the 4th day. The shower curtain did not keep any water of the floor. The floor was like a swimming pool after every shower. We stayed for 3 days with no clean towels. Lack of service is sad.

The male worker was very rude, gave us attitude both times we spoke to him for no reason

Best affordable accommodation for short stay visits

Very comfortable stay. The bed and linen were excellent, and the room was compact but efficiently set up. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its location on the highway, and everything inside was tidy and clean. The only downside was the check‑in process the system took a while to let me in but once inside, the stay was great overall.

It's a basic no frills hotel but it gets the job done. Online check-in was easy enough to follow. The room the clean and was perfect for me.

This is a budget motel. There were no staff onsite (except cleaners), so make sure you contact the property prior to arrival to get details for codes and check-in forms. Parking is very handy onsite. Bus stop nearby with links into the city, or a 10 min walk up to Windsor Train station. Located on a busy road, so rooms at the front of the property may experience some noise. The new owners have improved the place since they took of from Ibis Budget.

Conveniently located motel with small rooms and very small bathrooms. Clean, but they offer the minimum for a budget hotel, especially the fact that there is no management on site. App based check in procedure was a bit of a pain and I had to call the help desk three times to sort it out. I would stay there again only if there are no good value alternatives.

Parking was free and easy. Room was adequate for my needs for the night. Room was very clean. TV, worked well and milk provided for coffee/tea etc. Good, cheap clean accommodation.

Shower curtain did NOTHING to stop water escaping the tiny rubber hob. This rubber was not high enough. Shower needs a proper hob. The water inundated the whole bathroom floor. The water then escaped the shower and inundated the vinyl floored vestibule. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR SOMEONE WITH MOP AND BUCKET. Also, the bolts holding the toilet seat were loose and a fall/trip hazard. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND ADJUST. Thursday night tariff through agent price was reasonable. Silly me to think to re-book. You thought correctly that you had my need for convenience over a change of hotel. BUT YOUR FRIDAY NIGHT TARIFF WAS SIMPLY PTICR GOUGING. YOU ARE CHEAP AND NASTY IMMORAL BUSINESS PEOPLE, BLOODY MINDED, AND, WORST OF ALL UN-AUSTRALIAN. Next 2 nights were in a B ‘n B and the accommodation was incomparably superior for less than the average per night with you. I can see why B ‘n B is blowing you out of the water. Your GREED is NOT going to make you any money.

My stay was about 12 hours, so difficult to give a proper review. Bathroom was small, bed was not as comfortable as I expected, there was a noticeable dip in mattress indicating it’s been a very long time since it was replaced. Parking was good, aircon was good. Didn’t use the tv or fridge.
