施設はキレイで、キッチンも必要なものが揃っていて（Arranのほうは宿泊者数にくらべると少ないかもしれないが不自由はなかった）、スタッフもフレンドリーで、快適に過ごせました。エアコンはなかったが、気候的には不要といえる（いずれ設置するとのこと）。中心から少し離れた丘の上に立地するものの（ゆえに静か）、近くのループバスをうまく活用すれば、不便さはない。今度来たときも、泊まりたいくらいです。

窓の鍵が壊れてなくて驚いた

値段の割りにトイレとシャワーが共同でセキュリティ面で不安を覚えた。 また部屋も狭く、荷物を広げるのも難しいほどであった。 宿泊費がもっと安いなら、この設備でと問題ないが、今の価格は高過ぎると感じた。

シャンプーやボディーソープなどの補充されていなかった。

施設の周りにスパーマーケット等は無いが、特に大きなトラブルもなく快適に過ごせました

I stayed almost one month though, all staff are really friendly and nice:D Then I thought the manager response to customers' demands quickly. Amazing!

I stayed at this hostel for a week and was very satisfied. The facilities are clean. The surroundings are quiet and very comfortable. Although it is a hostel, there are single rooms so privacy is maintained. If I had to point out one bad thing, it would be that there are no shopping facilities nearby. However, there is a supermarket about 10 minutes' walk away, so it's not too inconvenient.

Loved our stay. The check in was easy and very friendly. All staff that we interacted with over our 3 night stay, were amazing. We booked a queen studio and it was spacious, well equipped and clean. The property was quiet even though there was ample outside spaces to socialize. We loved our stay and it would be the first choice for us if we were to come back to Brisbane. Thank you!!

the room was very clean and the facilities were modern, clean and tidy. staff were helpful with local knowledge. super handy if you are attending suncorp stadium. walking distance.
