Clean room

Very good

The place is nice and well kept. I stay in the single room with share bathroom and the room was confortable, smell nice, had a mini bar fridge and a microwave. Only thing was that the window was to the main intersection so you hear the traffic noise. The kitchen is well kept with enough utensils, milk, cereal, coffee, sugar, salt.. small things like this that helps a lot. The bathrooms was toilet and shoer all in one which help for a bit of privacy. As a woman travelling alone, the surroundings were a bit scary with housing for the homeless nearby you see some strange people,they were harmless but be mindful if you are alone.

Close to free loop bus and Roma St Parklands. Felt very secure in accommodation. Clean amenities and well equipped kitchen. No flyscreens on non air-con rooms so quite a bit of dust came in windows during the day when windows open.

Staff super gentile e cordiale e molto disponibile. Purtroppo pulizia un po’ da rivedere. Però sono stata bene ed era comodo.

Good location - very helpful staff.

I arrived an hour before checkin was due to close but reception was locked-up with no one there. No note saying that anyone would be back. Seemed like I was stuck! Rather concerning. Fortunately after about 20mins the receptionist cale back. No explanation or apology.

値段の割りにトイレとシャワーが共同でセキュリティ面で不安を覚えた。 また部屋も狭く、荷物を広げるのも難しいほどであった。 宿泊費がもっと安いなら、この設備でと問題ないが、今の価格は高過ぎると感じた。

Our first stay in a pokey little room with no facilities and our second stay was vastly different - nice large room with own facilities and good TV

Like an old hotel with shared bathroom

Despite problems, as my original booking was cancelled without consulting me, I managed to rebook and was fortunate that Daniel allowed me to access my unit early. This was a godsend as I’d had 24 hours without sleep prior to my arrival. My room had all the facilities I needed, was clean, and the property was within walking distance of everywhere that I needed to go on my visit to Brisbane.

Good 3 night stay at the K2 booked a twin room, hadn’t realised it was more of a hostel so shared toilet/shower facilities and kitchen, which were kept clean by the hosts not so much some other travellers. A 10-15 min walk from Roma st. Station, but nearest pub 5-10mins away the normanby nearest shop 20-30min walk away. Would I stay here again, yes but maybe upgrade the room

I really enjoyed the stay, it’s very clean and tidy, staff is friendly.

We called a day before asked about bag storage told $8 ridiculous, never had to pay it . We arrived about 1.30pm, told rooms not ready until 2pm and had to wait outside even though it was clearly ready, that side of the service could be improved. We had made a mistake when booking thru hotel's.com of booking the shared bathroom, and asked for upgrade, $20 thru hotel's $40 at the hotel would not change the price after telling them about the difference. The room was small but very clean, bed was very firm, bathroom was great, with a small kitchenette. Overall not too bad but a bit of road noise.
