タイミングが悪く部屋の真横の道路が工事されていた。

川沿いでロケーションは最高です！ 部屋もそれなりに綺麗で不快感はありませんでした。 価格を考えると十分な施設です。 スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで心地よいです。 ペットフレンドリーなのも良い所です。

ブリスベンからゴールドコーストへのシャトル便のシステム手違いで夜のケアンズ行きに乗れず急きょ宿泊 空港付近で予約したので内容を簡単に確認しましたが、老人のスタッフが一人でおまけにカード番号を筆記しました。共同シャワー室で部屋にはタオルがありません。朝食は食パン、フレーク等を勝手に食べるだけ。交差点横で車の音が一晩中で、知ってたら泊まりません。

Communal bathroom facilities were absolutely disgusting

The hotel was incredibly run down and with insufficient parking.

Others early n got spoken to quite rude Females shared toilet and bathroom the main door didn’t close so not much privacy only toilet door n shower doors closed

Room OK. Jug didn't work.

Terrible room, the guy at front was friendly enough but quite gruff. The room looked nothing like the photos and the shared bathroom and showers were honestly on par with public park toilets. It was quite noisy but that's not what bothered me. I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bug bites all over my arms legs and even on my face. My wife and I left in the middle of the night to just wait for our flight at the airport. If you value a clean room don't stay here.

Very neglected and run down. Noisy road, limited parking, no lift. Won't be coming back.

No balcony, but the aircon worked, which was great, I was told to check in at 1pm to have a bottle of Bundy next time. Joke from the owners...

Please do not go to this property! Advance warning, i have bug bites from the bed and also a video of them as well as the stained sheets, or lack of! Its disgusting and filthy. Location excellent is all. Never again! In fact it should be banned from accommodation sites as it gives them a bad name for listing it! Honesty, its rated 3 stars (which we understood not to be that good) but i wouldn't give it a 1. Ring the council for inspection is my suggestion.

Common shared bathroom one shower one toilet. I was hoping this to be in our room. Common shared kitchen from speak with the chap that runs the place this was on round floor we were on the second level. I was told they only have a microwave to cook with. When we went to our room we checked the room out and found one of the bed very unstable I reported this to the chap he was almost at a point of blaming us for breaking the bed . All up we were not happy but having payed online through hotel.com we put up with it for the two nights. y

The cleaner would not let me access the main kitchen between 11:00 amd 12:30pm. why does he feels so entitled?

For 10 rooms there was only ONE toilet and one bath. Some of the rooms are twin or double occupieds. Rooms only had bed as furniture. TV watching will crack you neck as you had to do it from your Bed. Noice from road to next room mornings.. walk in the corridor to continous leaking taps and grinding blower. Aweful smell in common areas with so called 10 parking slits where 4 been blocked by broken cars adds spice. On Good notes Fridge in the room Bed mattress is comfortable Fairly clean room. Working silent AC Reception.. that guy has been in the position for years and treat all like the same guys who walk in with a chick for quick session. He seems to have a tempered mind that all who come to the hotel try to cheat him and get an advantage.. Location.. Fantastic just across the river.
