Kingsford Riverside Inn

Place was run down, room was ok but the shared bathroom/toilet was atrocious! The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

The place was extremely clean and tidy but the shared bathroom and toilet really needs to be gutted and replaced it’s past the use by date and to can see the quick fix’s. My room door didn’t shut properly you had to nugg it to be closed . Tv remote was taped up with electrical tape and the basin in the room only had hot water NO Cold The hand dryers were loud as I found out at 2am then again at 3am when some one was using it. Air condition was great in the room and the little bar fridge.

Like a back packers motel

Its a budget hotel close to Brekky Creek Hotel, you get what you pay for. Room was clean, everything worked Breakfast that was advertised ???? Didnt see that anywhere.

Shocking. Photos are misleading. No bathroom facilities in rooms. Share toilets only. Not even clean. Showers run continually with buckets sitting under them. How is this property even listed on Wotif?

I may be used to great places but this is the worst place i have stayed in my lifetime

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room whilst very basic was clean. Shared amenities with only one toilet for the entire floor. Parking was very limited with first come first served. This hotel is budget friendly.

Clean room, comfortable bed, had no problem with sharing bathroom facilities and had an undercover car park for my stay.

I was NOT ABLE to stay asi could not make the booking I had called the accommodation Monday morning to be told to contact EXPEDIA I WENT INTO THE EXPEDIA SITE AND IT WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL EVEN THO IT WAS 24 hours before hand I then called the accommodation again to advise it wouldn’t let me cancel The accommodation said contact Expedia again With no luck I lost $125 dollars because EXPEDIA and the accomodation keep blaming each other .

Would not recommend for anyone!Was not as advertised no bathroom in room was a dive! The man at the front desk we a mean old guy yelling at me for ringing the desk bell at 7am save your money!

Staff were great The room was quite adequate. The bathroom could do with some maintenance, leaking taps, paint lifted, shower mould and a quieter hand dryer considering the room opposite

Room was in need of some repairs as the one's that had been done were very rough. For example the front door handle was falling apart. The curtain rain was tide up with a zip tie amongst others. There is very limited parking. However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn't realise that shared bathroom meant sharing with other guests! It advertised free parking but there was very limited parking and we ended up paying for parking at the raceway.

Room was horrible, coffee mugs were not clean. Bathroom there was a shower that was on continually. I was disappointed that the place wasn't clean, tidy, felt and smelt better.

This motel is something like out of a bad movie. Walking down the corridor to your room gave me the feeling like someone would jump out and grab me. The walls are thin and the person next door complained our kids were too noisy. The photos online do not give a true representation. I was not aware I’d have to use a shared bathroom and kitchen
