マントラ ジェラルトン

今回の旅行では、7泊、5つのホテルに滞在しましたが、その中でもっともよかったホテルです。スイートルームでバスもありましたし、長期滞在用にキッチン、キッチン用品、洗濯機等全てがそろってました。今回は一泊だけだったので残念なくらいでした。

ロードトリップの最終日に滞在しました。 とても疲れていたのですが、バスタブにはジャグジーがついており、オーストラリアに来てから約一年ぶりにしっかり湯船に浸かってリラックスすることができました。疲れが癒されました。スタッフのみなさんもとても優しくて快適な滞在になりました。またロードトリップをする際は利用したいと思います。

Good location for beaches, restaurants & bars. The two bedroom apartment was spacious & clean, with a superb balcony overlooking the harbour. I would definitely recommend a stay.

시설이 오래된것 같아요 샤워기에서 하루종일 물이 흘러서 신경쓰였어요 그리고 주방기기며 모든것이 갖춰져있지만 쓰기엔 다소 불편했어요 하지만 위치도 좋고 직원은 친절했습니다

Great location

Great location but a very run down hotel given the prices you are charged. Dishwasher didn’t work. Cleaners had not emptied bathroom bins from previous occupants. The balcony tiles had buckled. And kitchen cutlery and crockery needs replacing.

Very dusty rooms, bed sheets.

Ideal location and central

The apartment is very big. But the lighting in the loft got lots of bugs and they are flying around at the evening. The door lock of the toilet at downstair is not fixed.

Place is disgusting super run down

There was nothing to like.. It was inhabitable!!!!! I stay at many Mantra's around the country & you can't be placing your brand on this pigsty!! What a disgrace of a place!!

Great location, but room could do with some maintenance - curtains off hooks, bathrooms in pretty rough condition, main door into unit struggled to shut properly.

The property is in an excellent position with a great view over the marina and harbour. However the room has been let go with the carpet very badly stained, things like only 4 very small mismatched wine glasses and the tv with no cable channels, access to chrome cast, streaming or even iview apps which is disappointing as it was advertised with cable channels.

Grossly overpriced accommodation for the conditions of the unit which were unacceptable. Unclean and appliances not working. Receptionist offered no help when we complained about the TV and cooker not working. Terrible experience and would never stay here again and we strongly recommend others not to stay here.

Was a bit disappointed with my stay here. Room was old and bit dated. We still had rubbish in the rooms from previous attendance. Shower had zero pressure, had to splash the water on me with a hand.
