清掃がいまいちと感じた。 電話機は埃だらけ、冷蔵庫やシャワーには前の宿泊客のものと思われる飲み物やシャンプーが残っていた。 4つ星ホテルとしてはおすすめできません。

コンドミニアムとしては朝食もあり、スタッフも親切でほぼ満足した。ただ、たまたまかもしれないが、4泊のうち全館設備の異常が2回あった。２泊目には夜中に非常避難ベルが鳴ったり、４泊目には電話が故障で鳴り出したりして、インフラに少し不安を感じた。

Loved the hotel and the locality. Very pretty pool area. Wonderful breakfast just wished they served an evening meal too!

Needs warmer pools

We enjoyed our stay at the Mantra Portsea. Location was fantastic, being walking distance to the beach, ocean lookouts and the Main Street. Great living area in rooms, and has beautiful bedrooms with such comfy bedding. Pools were also enjoyable with lagoon Would definitely recommend this accomodation if you’re staying in Port Douglas.

Worst hotel ever. Do not recommend.

It was a quick stay, but comfortable and staff were helpful.

About 15 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes to downtown. Water features throughout the resort. Serpentine design, takes a while to figure way around.

The room was not clean, one shower had a tap missing, the drains smelt like sewerage, cooking oil was splattered throughout the kitchen and it was extremely disappointing given the expense.

Loved the pool and bar area, even though one of the spas wasn't working. Loved that the property is nice and quiet and our room had everything for a self contained stay. The Air Conditioner and the ceiling vent in the bathroom could have been cleaned as these were quite dirty and gave the room a musty smell.

Beautiful apartment with balcony. Light, clean, airy and comfortable.

Tidy hotel. Rooms reasonable size and clean. Staff helpful and good location. Some areas felt a little tired but didn’t impact stay.

Just trying to say that I made the mistake of booking hotel in the wrong city. I contacted the agent immediately and told they would contact the hotel as it was non refundable and see if they could waiver the non refundable. I was not contacted at all by the hotel to say yes or no. Annoyed with myself but hoping there could have been understanding or at best communication instead of getting messages from hotel asking how was your stay?? Wasted $400!

This is our second time staying here. Was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room this time, as well as some aspects of the room felt like it was falling apart. Location and staff were good.
