Great central location and clean

Nice, clean and easy to walk around for shop or food.

Close to shops and the whale museum

The area was excellent, but the service didn’t quite match the standard I was hoping for.

Lovely location and good views from a balcony room. Okay facilities (no toaster was disappointing), comfortable bed, good shower/bathroom. Only staying one night didn’t give us enough time for lots of detail but certainly seems like a good place to stay 🙂

It was good everything was clean n tidy Except neighbours keeping us up eith arguing n probly domestic but other then that it wss good

Great location & room was spacious with a balcony & sea view.

The room was ok and the bed comfortable, the only issue was the towels were dirty, and the shower is so small that the whole bathroom got wet.

I loved everything about the accommodation the only issue I had was I was given a check out time of 1030 and I was still in bed when house keeping tryed to get in at 9am did not appreciate that I will definitely stay again just don't send house keeping in till I leave

friendly and polite owner . very outdated need a overhaul for the money you were paying . very average considering the competition in that area . but saying all this i never need anything and staff were very polite a good place for a night stay .

We found the experience disappointing in that there is a fair gulf between their online presence and the reality. We were pleased to get undercover car parking.

Very friendly check in staff and a great view of the river and foreshore from the balcony. The room was missing some basics, like a toaster, some milk for the tea and coffee station, a microwave would have been great as well. The bathroom smelled like open drains and the shower door didn't shut properly as it was a completely different shape to the shower opening. The mattress needed an update and there was no real information in the room about the room features or the local area.. Overall a little bit disappointed with this stay, not worth the money we paid. Nice location along the water and central to town.

The property was good and very convenient location with lots of eating options.

Great location. Easy to walk to all amenities in the bay. Clean and comfortable. Although rooms don’t have great sound proofing. Lots of car parking off street.

We have a great view from our room. Each day our room was serviced, brilliant. On the Saturday night it was noisy out on the jetty..multiple parties until all hours, this is off the property but directly out front. Was only the one night though. Room was good size for two. Only issue, the external doors to the balcony were unable to be locked. Not a huge issue, as nobody could access except us, but it still should be fixed. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar at motel weren’t operating but there are great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, great motel, great service, would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, mostly because we had a lovely ground floor waterfront room and everything was easy to walk to from the hotel. The bathroom was a downside with the shower over the bath and very small and quite shabby. The bistro area was closed which was disappointing also as this hadn't been pointed out before our stay and still appeared to be open when looking on google. Overall we would stay again if we could have the same room.

Was very clean no bistro like advertised showers could do with upgrade it does look like the owners are trying to do some renovations
