設備は古い印象でしたが、部屋は清潔でした。電子レンジが冷蔵庫の上の高い位置にあり使いにくかったです。包丁があまり切れませんでした。スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。トラムの駅が近く便利でした。ありがとうございました。

とても広く清潔なホテルでした。早く到着したため、アーリーチェックインができないかと相談したところ、その時に難しかったですが、午後には掃除が終わった部屋からチェックインさせていただきとてもありがたかったです。 部屋では宿泊中快適に過ごすことができました。部屋の中に洗濯乾燥機があり非常に便利です。近くのトラムが走っているので、Pasfic Fairに行くにも、Surfers Paradiseに行くにも便利です。もちろん、駐車場も十分あるので、車での移動でも便利です。 築年数が経っているので、設備を更新する方が良いものがありましたが（台所の換気扇等）、清潔でとてもよいapartmentです。次回もまた泊まりたいと思いました。

静かな場所にあり、ゆっくり過ごせますが、近くにショップやレストランがないのが不便。あと、フロントのオープン時間が短く、この点は少し不便かも。それ以外は普通のホテルで、プールも利用しましたが、快適でした。

親切なスタッフ

寝室にエアコンがなかったため暑苦しく、真夏だったので何度か暑くて起きてしまいました。 トイレットペーパーが、2日目でなくなったので、追加でお願いしたら部屋にあるだけで、スーパーに買いに行くよう指示されました。備品くらいくれてもよかったかな。洗濯機がそして、埃だらけで洗濯機目的で宿泊したのに洗うのに躊躇しました。暑い、備品をもらえない、洗濯機が不衛生をのぞけばまぁまぁかなというところです。

Nice view of ocean from a distance. Lovely pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was nice but a bit tired. The tv would not work in the main room so had to get someone to come ,& look at it twice but gave up after that. To be fair the staff were helpful but they struggled to get it working. The gym/spa was out of use but spoke to someone to find a solution

Close to the beach, transport, and good coffee, well appointed, excellent set up, everything we needed was there, underground parking.

On first arrival we liked what we saw. However once we got to the room we noticed the apartment had a strong smell of bleach. Inspecting the bathroom the shower floor looked like it needed to be fully regrouted and freshened. It was patchy which looked like they had been trying to clean mould from the grout. There also was silicone hanging like they had tried to seal it. We were told there was only one other standard room available which looked okay but the balcony was surrounded by trees with no view. We were offered a refund which we gladly accepted and found alternative accomodation.

The room was cleaned, and the staff were friendly, with clear communication. Our check-in after hours stood up because of the organisation and reception, even though they were closed.

Yes staff very courteous amenities great Fantastic location tram stop 2 minute walk Apartment spacious. The only downer is that the bedroom did not have cooling or fan

We had a great balcony with views of the ocean, the apartment was spacious with everything you need. We walked to Surfers Paradise along the beach in about 20 minutes and back along the seaside path (15 minutes) there are shops and restaurants close by. Having the beach so close was a real bonus. I loved the apartment and secure underground parking was great. This is a very secure apartment building, you can’t go anywhere without your fob.

We booked a one bedroom superior apartment and it was definitely not that. The room was dark, musty, dirty, carpet coming up, dirty kitchen, oil and grease dripping from oven extractor. There was construction happening on the floor we were booked on and so it was loud banging and construction noise. The photos that are on the website are a complete misrepresentation of what you are booking. Was told by hotel reception that they can call it superior because the bathroom had been done up. That was the only good thing about the room. It was so terrible that we didn’t end up staying there and left to book another place that was excellent. We have tried to get a response from the Marrakesh but have heard nothing. Would definitely not recommend staying here

Room a bit outdated for executive room.

Our apartment was dated, tired and bathroom in need of renovation. Shower hadnt been cleaned - there was old soap in the shower base and the shower door was disgustingly dirty. We arrived exhausted so tried to catch up on sleep but as soon as we lay down a jackhammer started which contined for an hour. Wont return.

The room was perfect size and the staff was great we had a late check out and we used the pool for that afternoon also. Thanks Marrekesh

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. No complaints, very happy with our experience.

Would suggest more info on the Wotif site about what you get when booking a room here Eg -They don’t house clean if you book under a full week - As a result wet towels or you can hire towels for $5 each - If you want tea/ coffee or even toilet paper they give you directions to Woolworth’s ( you get a starter pack on arrival which lasts a day if lucky) - Was not what I expected from a large Motel like this
