客室は清潔で良かった！

設備は古い印象でしたが、部屋は清潔でした。電子レンジが冷蔵庫の上の高い位置にあり使いにくかったです。包丁があまり切れませんでした。スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。トラムの駅が近く便利でした。ありがとうございました。

とても広く清潔なホテルでした。早く到着したため、アーリーチェックインができないかと相談したところ、その時に難しかったですが、午後には掃除が終わった部屋からチェックインさせていただきとてもありがたかったです。 部屋では宿泊中快適に過ごすことができました。部屋の中に洗濯乾燥機があり非常に便利です。近くのトラムが走っているので、Pasfic Fairに行くにも、Surfers Paradiseに行くにも便利です。もちろん、駐車場も十分あるので、車での移動でも便利です。 築年数が経っているので、設備を更新する方が良いものがありましたが（台所の換気扇等）、清潔でとてもよいapartmentです。次回もまた泊まりたいと思いました。

静かな場所にあり、ゆっくり過ごせますが、近くにショップやレストランがないのが不便。あと、フロントのオープン時間が短く、この点は少し不便かも。それ以外は普通のホテルで、プールも利用しましたが、快適でした。

親切なスタッフ

寝室にエアコンがなかったため暑苦しく、真夏だったので何度か暑くて起きてしまいました。 トイレットペーパーが、2日目でなくなったので、追加でお願いしたら部屋にあるだけで、スーパーに買いに行くよう指示されました。備品くらいくれてもよかったかな。洗濯機がそして、埃だらけで洗濯機目的で宿泊したのに洗うのに躊躇しました。暑い、備品をもらえない、洗濯機が不衛生をのぞけばまぁまぁかなというところです。

Friendly checkin staff. Good size apartment. Didn't use facilities. Close to tram but a good walk to supermarkets and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was large, nicely appointed, and had unbelievable views in every direction. We were given a two bedroom unit on a high floor that had been recently remodeled. The unit was in great condition and we really enjoyed staying there. Our only complaint, which could easily be remedied with a trip to IKEA or similar retailer, is that the very nice kitchen is not well equipped. We like to cook some of our meals and the pots, pans and utensils are very limited and in poor condition. There is a mismatched assortment of dishes, cups and the like and because of that, we had to run the dishwasher multiple times during our stay since there was generally only enough dishware for a single meal. A small investment in a new sets of cookware, dishware, glasses, cooking utensils and gadgets would earn a five-star review from us in every category. As is, we rate the property 4.7 stars. The complex itself, its amenities, and its location, are absolutely five stars. Highly recommended!

Clean and quiet room. Pool was warm. Onsite parking was handy and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location.

The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place

Amazing stay at a very clean and modern resort. It wasn't clear in the booking that the room wouldn't be serviced for our 8 day stay, we didn't mind to much as the facilities were excellent, but did run out of the basics like toilet paper and dish wash liquid and had to purchase our own.

This was our third stay at the Marrakesh. We like the location which is walking distance between central Broadbeach or Surfers. The bowling club is also very close which we like as we are bowlers.

We had a room with a view of the beach and the room was very tidy. Staff were very helpful.

Beautiful room and spot. I find most apartments showers have weird showers and this was no exception, no pressures or temp control. I would score this 4.5* only because of the shower. Easy access to tram and beach
