とても広く清潔なホテルでした。早く到着したため、アーリーチェックインができないかと相談したところ、その時に難しかったですが、午後には掃除が終わった部屋からチェックインさせていただきとてもありがたかったです。 部屋では宿泊中快適に過ごすことができました。部屋の中に洗濯乾燥機があり非常に便利です。近くのトラムが走っているので、Pasfic Fairに行くにも、Surfers Paradiseに行くにも便利です。もちろん、駐車場も十分あるので、車での移動でも便利です。 築年数が経っているので、設備を更新する方が良いものがありましたが（台所の換気扇等）、清潔でとてもよいapartmentです。次回もまた泊まりたいと思いました。

静かな場所にあり、ゆっくり過ごせますが、近くにショップやレストランがないのが不便。あと、フロントのオープン時間が短く、この点は少し不便かも。それ以外は普通のホテルで、プールも利用しましたが、快適でした。

親切なスタッフ

寝室にエアコンがなかったため暑苦しく、真夏だったので何度か暑くて起きてしまいました。 トイレットペーパーが、2日目でなくなったので、追加でお願いしたら部屋にあるだけで、スーパーに買いに行くよう指示されました。備品くらいくれてもよかったかな。洗濯機がそして、埃だらけで洗濯機目的で宿泊したのに洗うのに躊躇しました。暑い、備品をもらえない、洗濯機が不衛生をのぞけばまぁまぁかなというところです。

The balcony view was wonderful in all three rooms. In two rooms, not of the ocean or pool area, but directly over all the palm trees with the birds going back and forth. The third room had a view of the pool area and mezzanine, which was lovely. The rooms were clean when we arrived, and small items were provided to start you off. You needed to go get more soaps and such (i.e., toilet paper) if you needed more. We found that overall, the atmosphere was peaceful and calming, clean, and well-kept. It's only two blocks from the ocean, which was convenient as well. Both pools were nice. The inside pool had a louvered roof that closed when it rained, lovely lighting, and a good overall atmosphere. People can only get to the floors if they have the key fob for that floor, which was good for security. In one room, the air conditioning was in the bedroom, and in the other two, it was in the living room, so it was hard to manage the whole apartment's cooling at night. Leave the bedroom door open and the ceiling fan on if you want to be cooler at night, or sleep on the couch beds. Electronic door locks would be a nice perk, as my husband's key didn't always work, and he had to spend time jiggling it for the door to finally open. Overall, a lovely stay for our 4 adult family, and we would definitely be rebooking if we come back. PS: The restaurant downstairs, Rudy's Organic, is allergy aware and works well with celiac and dairy-free issues.

Over all very happy with the stay room was clean and tidy pool was good for the hot days room was spacious with a good view and cooking facilities was quiet at night the parking was super easy in the basement and a lift directly to the floor we were staying on also a easy 5 min walk to the beach and public transport

Great cafe onsite that stays open til 2pm with lovely garden surrounding. Excellent outdoor pool area and indoor pool and spa. The spa is not as hot as some which I enjoyed because I could stay in it longer. The dry sauna is small but nice but remember to turn it to warm it up before you get in it. The room had great city views and could even see a bit of the ocean. It needs a good deep clean of carpet and drapes though as the room smelled like a room that his been closed up too long. Not awful but noticeable. Full kitchen. We stayed in a 1bedroom with double foldout couch for extra people. Tell the front desk if you need to use it, as they will need to set it up with linens first. A bit dated, but no big deal. I stay in the area alot. A decent stay and was worth what we paid.
