キッチン、大きな冷蔵庫、コンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、アイロンなどが付いていて快適な滞在となりました。施設は新しくはないですが、各部屋が広くてベッドルームには大きな鏡、バスルームには浴槽が付いていて大満足です。

Room was fine. It’s going to need some updating soon. It was quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the AC being on and music playing on when I arrived as it was a late night

Friendly staff, budget wise for city areas, great location. I checked in after reception hour, then I called their office and the operator assisted me with friendly and clear instruction to get the key.

The room was presented decently well but had some issues. The biggest being the situation around the climate control. Despite being set to its lowest temperature and highest fan speed, it did not meaningfully reduce the temperature of the room. In addition to this there are no fans or openable windows in the room to alleviate this issue. Some of the bedroom lights would not turn on. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms had fallen off its wall mount. In terms of amenities, the TV was very basic (very small in size and with no provision for loading streaming services). In terms of presentation, the only notable issue was the presence of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Apart from these things, the room was very spacious, comfortable and nice. The bathrooms were very nice and well appointed with a spa. There was a nice kitchen and laundry room. The service at reception was polite, effective and pleasant.

Fantastic location. Staff nice people, but would be better to have more staff hours for more quality services. Cleanness is average, should spend hours on Spring cleaning.

The whole apartment is very much in need of update. Kitchen cupboards are dirty. Can’t believe we have to do dishes or you will charge $50. 😩 Upon arrival, no one on reception.

The apartment itself was fine. Had to call four times and waited on the phone out the front for over 10 minutes before a real person answered the phone to check me in. There were some trash/wrappers left in the bedroom from a previous guest?

First room was nothing like the online photos. There was one very small window making the room small and dingy. There were also steps in the corridor leading to the room,301, not good as I walk with a cane and steps are a problem. Thanks to Tammy, she arranged to move us to another room with did reflect the online photos and no steps. Made the rest of our stay more enjoyable,

A full kitchen. Large room. Separate bedroom and office area. Hint. Just check beforehand, as they are often not at reception and you need to get a code for a key box at the door outside. And text some ID. Painful for sure.

There was a holes in the wall where it looked like someone had punched it. The pillows were very soft and I looked in the wardrobe and there were three yellow stained pillows with no covers People were running up and down the hallway most the night.

The room was unclean, and the passageway/elevator had rubbish on the floor. The room had no natural sunlight, and the curtains were hanging off. The lamp did not work.

It served its purpose as a quick over night stay but I wouldn’t be rushing back. The front desk closed at 1pm even though when I booked it said different. Didn’t have storage room for our luggage once we checked out which made difficult. For the rest of our day as our flight wasn’t until 5pm. The gentlemen on the front desk was fanatic, helping us out where to find storage lockers at southerner cross station.

Central location well priced room

Great for the price and location. Needed to have a dish cloth or brush to clean dishes. Linen clean. Bed comfy.

Room size is big, equipments are good (especially kitchen) Very convenient location Staff are not always in the reception so better ask everything beforehand

I arrived to my room with a frozen over freezer which took 2 hours for me to defrost so i could use it for the week the room was run down the bathroom was old spa bath not operational the rooms not noise insulate as i heard everything from the apartment above me from high heels on the wooden floor all night to their bedroom activities front desk wasnt 24 hours so i had to help people who did speak English well with room problems or contacting help what i saw advertised in the picture of the room didnt even come close to the pictures .i had a very temperamental microwave and washing machine

Great location friendly staff

The shower head had a hole in it so that water sprayed 90 degrees across to the wall. The freezer was so iced over it could not be shut. No staff available upon checkin or check out

This is a fantastic place to stay, central to public transport and China town, highly recommend
