親切な対応でした。 施設もキレイで良かったです。

カンガルー島でメルキュールクラスのサービスを受けれて良かったです。コンパクトなホテルです。海辺に立地していますので散歩するのにも便利です。周辺を散策すると、野生の動物に会えることがあるそうで、今回は一泊でしたが連泊してみたいと思いました。朝食時に日本人スタッフの方がいらしゃって驚きました。

Room was excellent. Pool was also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful too. If I was staying on KI again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here

La chambre est bien, l'accueil courtois, mais : -Aucune lumière dans les communs le soir Le restaurant n'est pas digne d'un Mercure. A notre arrivée nous étions seuls et avons attendu minutes pour être servis, le soir minutes. De plus le soir, la viande n'était pas tendre. Indigne

The room was clean and tidy although some aspects were looking a bit tired and needed updating, like the bathroom. There was also some mould behind the curtains near the window which really should be removed. On the flip side the staff were fantastic and the food served in the bar and restaurant was excellent.

Das Superior Zimmer mit Buchtblick hat sich absolut gelohnt. Gegenüber vom Balkon aus, konnten wir einen Koala den Baum hochklettern sehen. Delfine sind in der Ferne, am frühen Morgen vorbeigezogen. Ein leckerer Rotwein, Chips, Kekse und Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk. Bequemes großes Bett und schönes großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Es gibt auch einen Nachttresor für späte Anreisen. Eine richtig tolle Gegend um alles zu erkunden.

This hotel is good value for Kangaroo Island and the staff has been excellent.

Staff were great, the sliding door to bathroom was out of alignment when we got to our room after maintenance had gone home, one of the kitchen staff got some tools out of his car and fixed it so it didn’t jam during the night, much appreciated

Good hotel

Staff was extremely helpful with making reservation and helping with itinerary plans. On site restaurant was good. Room was clean and simple, extra bed was brought in so three of us could stay. Extra amenities like wine, cookies and crisps were much appreciated. Definitely recommend for overnighting on Kangaroo Island.

Great stay. Lovely breakfasts. Housekeeping was excellent as was the attention of staff particularly ‘Jules’ who was always helpful and smiling. Would stay again for sure

We had great stay during low season with amazing staff. Unfortunately due to mother nature we had to leave the island 1 day early ... Our room was held incase no ferry was available . Great real fire to sit around and have a drink in the bar .

Such lovely and helpful staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is fantastic, the food was amazing and a very cosy and warm ambience with the fire going. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge.
