急遽、一泊延泊することになったのですが、親切に対応してくれました。

ゴールドコーストのメインの交通手段であるバスとGリンクという路面電車の乗換駅に立地しており、クィーンズランド有数のショッピングアーケードまで歩いてすぐです。
また、喧騒から離れた美しいマーメイドビーチは道を1本隔ててすぐ目の前で、日の出を楽しむことができます。
ホテル自体の設備も十分で広々しており、ところどころバスルームのシャワーの目地が弱って水が流れたりもしますが、清潔であり使用には何ら支障がありませんでした。
また、特記はされてなかったので期待はしておりませんでしたが、フロントのお兄さんは日本語がペラペラでした。そしてとても親切です。チェックインがとても早くなってしまったのですが、見送りに来てくれた友達が、少し体調が悪くて休ませたいと思い、出来るだけ早く部屋に入りたいとお願いしたら、マッハで掃除を済ませてくれ、少し待った程度で休ませることが出来ました、ありがとうございます。

The property was in a great location but the fold out couch so uncomfortable it couldn’t be slept on. Another unit had someone hammering for quite a length of time. There was no plug for the bathroom or kitchen sinks.

The unit was very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Lillian made it so easy for us and was so helpful and friendly in all of our communication. The pool looked lovely but we just did not get a chance to use it. Had an allocated parking space in secure parking. Thank you for a great stay.

Montego Sands is in a quiet side street and only a hundred metres or so from the beach. There is underground parking in a designated bay and both the wi-fi and cable TV were good. The swimming pool was small and looked unappealing. The rooms are spacious and although a bit tired looking they are comfortable enough.
