接待人員會中文 也挺友善 房間很大 雖然有點舊但有種家居的感覺 唯一是停車場出入口太傾斜了 每次出車都撞到車頭底下....除此之外一切都很好

Surprised at the age of the bed, think 70’s . Overall the place was quiet ish, comfortable, neat, although a few things missing, it had an iron but no ironing board, pegs but no clothes airer, but great location

Our "Deluxe" apartment 3 was on the ground floor fronting the road and main pathways in to the complex. This meant that all windows allowed for full view in to the apartment. The bathroom window over the toilet faced the road and had clear glass which meant that the blind had to be down 24/7. The wire shelving in the wardrobe was unusable due to grease and dust. The outside spa pool was full of dead flies and sand. The furniture in the apartment was in good condition. However the rest of the apartment was lack luster for a Deluxe room.

Perfect family holiday location. The property was very clean and reception were very helpful. The pool and spa was perfect for my toddler. So close to Pac Fair & the beach too!

The property was in a great location but the fold out couch so uncomfortable it couldn’t be slept on. Another unit had someone hammering for quite a length of time. There was no plug for the bathroom or kitchen sinks.

Comfortable space in a nice location.

Bed was so comfortable, choice of four pillow types. Spa and pool area was clean and beautiful. Felt safe, security good.

Good location close to beach, shopping centers and many restaurants and bars.

Room 16 was dirty and very run down. Needs some attention. Bedside table was left dirty with oil stains and coffee stains. Floor had glow sticks left and not cleaned

Too much light through windows at night from High Rise next door who have lights on 24/7

The unit was very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Lillian made it so easy for us and was so helpful and friendly in all of our communication. The pool looked lovely but we just did not get a chance to use it. Had an allocated parking space in secure parking. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel, with Central to restaurants, cafes, and beach

Montego Sands is in a quiet side street and only a hundred metres or so from the beach. There is underground parking in a designated bay and both the wi-fi and cable TV were good. The swimming pool was small and looked unappealing. The rooms are spacious and although a bit tired looking they are comfortable enough.

This property was perfect for what I needed. It was ideal cos I like to cook and everything was available to me and my needs. It was easy to find, had a parking space and it was central to my needs

Great location and friendly staff

This property was cheaper on another website , balcony was not operational, one bedroom was filled with light due to see through blinds

Quiet location which was close to great restaurants, beach & shopping.

Was quite noisy with the Huge Building being built next door. Was dark and could do with an update.
