部屋は清潔。広い。スタッフは親切。

The bar is on the second floor of a historic building in a good location. It's close to the station and easy to get to. The entrance is different from the bar, but it's just as announced. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Some rooms can hear the bar downstairs, but some bedrooms can't. We were given a coupon for the bar.

チェックインの仕方を事前に聞かなくてはならないので少し面倒ですが、みなさん親切にしてくださり楽しい滞在でした。ビアカフェも素敵な雰囲気で美味しかったです。夜は階下の音が聞こえて少し気になる人がいるかもしれません。

一階がバーなので、金曜日はバンドか誰かが、深夜まで歌っていてその音が部屋まで響いていて寝れませんでした。 オーストラリアではお店は早く閉まりますがバーは遅くまで空いているようです。 静かに寝たい人にはこのホテルはおすすめできません。 部屋や設備は問題ありませんでした。

夜は少しうるさめ．従業員は良い

最初、ホテル入口（というかドア）にロックがかかっており、とまどいました。 申し込み後にホテルより送られてくるメールに解錠する番号がありますので、それを控えておく必要があります。 解錠し、2階にあがり、踊り場に電話があります（写真） その後、スタッフが来て、チェックイン手続きになります。 部屋はとても清潔で、机もあり、シャワールームもきれいで満足しました。 一人旅でしたので、大満足です。 翌朝もチェックアウトも、キーカードをBOXに投入するだけです。 朝食というほどではありませんが、軽食もついていますし、ウェルカムドリンクで アルコールもありましたので、とても良いホテルでした。

Close to Central Perth

Room was great bed was a bit soft..best calamari ive ever had in restaurant downstairs..staff were wonderful friendly and helpful..wud totally stay here again..close to train and for walk8ng aound

Well equipped hotel, convenience for Perth City touring stay

It’s a quaint place, with a walking distance to RAC Arena. We are pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, comfort and the atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

Love this hotel perfect location .

We really liked the location and the room was lovely but it smelt like old smoke like someone had been smoking in the room. It went through the linen. A bit of a shame but other than that it was really nice

It was a very good locale. Good eats, shopping, Coles supermart. Near Perth n Perth Underground stns.

Overall we had a pleasant stay in a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a pleasingly large shower with provided shampoo. Room 2 is disabled access although not sure how you would get a wheelchair up the creaky staircase! It was quiet on a wet weekday made even more so with the double glass add-on window in bedroom. Supplies of tissues, toilet paper, tea, sugar, instant coffee, milk and bottled water were provided. If management would like to improve the guest experience, I have some suggestions. Downstairs entrance has a beeping fire alarm panel due to a low battery somewhere. Upstairs corridor has a carpet tile or two sticking up and needs glueing down. Dirty bedroom window still has writing on outside of glass and putty finger marks from a prior repair or upgrade. Sliding door to bathroom closes past end stop and bottom guide broken. This makes it very tricky to slide it open again from the bathroom side. Toilet flush button loose and broken and sometimes needs another press to stop water flow. Menu and specials provided in the room for downstairs restaurant didn't match up with what was available at the time. Would stay again.

Always stay there love the location

This is the best inexpensive option for Perth CBD. Room was spacious with a great bed and bathroom, and felt fresh and quirky. I loved the personalised touches of the welcome drink voucher ( a joy to use in the lovely bar and pavement tables and gas heaters), the bottled water in room and reception, the handwritten note about where to drop keys, and ear plugs, as we are CBD with rubbish collection etc happening throughout the night! Found my go-to!!
