Room was great bed was a bit soft..best calamari ive ever had in restaurant downstairs..staff were wonderful friendly and helpful..wud totally stay here again..close to train and for walk8ng aound

Good location in city centre. It is a traven like hotel. Though not slways available, staff are helpful. If they were not around, you can just left a message to the traven email.
A bit noisy as it is at bar area but I was ok to that.

Good location in the CBD. Poor check-in experience - no one answered the check in phone and had to go to the bar to get someone to let us into our room which involved waiting for much longer than expected. Room was clean and had good facilities but at night noise travelled from the pub and light came in from around the door.
