Everything was amazing! Staff were super helpful and accommodating!

Requested toaster didn’t arrive only got one day before I left after 4 nights, not a single plate, knife or fork had to butter my toast with the end of the teaspoon. Air conditioner made awful annoying noise so I couldn’t use it.

Very good and convenient as usual.

Beds with wheels- if going to have wheels can places make sure they’re going to stay still not slide around each time you turned over. Toilet had some weird gross stuff in it when we got there white foamy. There was a musky Damo smell in the bathroom. Room 4 dead lock bit on the door doesnt turn either. Besides that was good.

Comfortable spacious room, well appointed with lovely big shower. Well located and close to nearby all you can eat restaurant.

Very nice friendly staff on book in. The parking is behind locked gates, so perfect and secure. All covered by security cameras, The room was perfect, good comfortable bed, plenty of room. Biggest issue was someone honking the horn of there car intermittently at 2 am in the morning, for about 20 minutes...and it sounded like it was close to outside our room.

DANGEROUS HEALTH HAZARD: Parasite Risk, Filth, unpleasant. Stayed 3 times for work, but never again. This hotel is a severe health and safety nightmare. Health & Water: The water quality is appalling. After using the tap on my last day, I suffered a violent gastrointestinal reaction. The shower water is so harsh it "burnt" my skin barrier. The room provided a rusty, broken kettle, forcing me to use my own spring water until it ran out. Safety & Hygiene: Every stay involved cockroaches and thick dust. The environment feels unsafe; a window was smashed during my stay, and the clientele is often "shady." As a solo woman, I felt completely vulnerable. Management & Service: "Tegan" was dismissive and unpleasant. I requested a ground-floor room days in advance for a project involving heavy lifting from my van. Despite being the first to check in, I was ignored and given a top-floor room on the loudest side, while later arrivals, including a younger man in foot with a backpack - got ground-floor spots. This negligence & lack of compassion caused me severe physical strain and body damage. Environment: The property is trashed with cigarette butts. Staff sprayed weed killer directly behind me without warning; he wore a mask while I was forced to inhale fumes. Road noise is deafening 24/7. With no fly screens, you must choose between a room full of bugs or stifling aircon. Avoid at all costs. This is a genuine health risk and an out-of-pocket disaster. I will be taking further action.

Hotel that is joined has mice. Sat there watching them run across the bar and the staff just laughed yeah there’s only one he’s too fast to catch.

Room is good but not cleaned properly. Compound looks unkept w/ plant path in front of rooms bare. Very easy parking and safe though and close to restaurants. Overall for quick stop it’s good.😊

Great place will stay again

It was good clean, quite close to the pub and food areas. Only one thing need a microwave. But everything else was great

The room was nice, clean and tidy. If I had to give a negative about our stay would be only because we had the upper stories room. And as I have a bung knew and the wife had a bung hip we found it a bit difficult to get to our room. As there was no staff at the motel we were not able to change it. But that's our fault. Other than that I could not fault the accommodation.

The room was pretty clean, except we had an infestation of ants, which were quickly exterminated and didnt really cause a problem. The meals and bar staff were brilliant, we couldn't ask for any better. Our biggest disappointment was we were unable to check out early and have the day credited. We attempted to check out with 24 hours notice, however the reception was unmanned and the bar was shut.
