Exactly what we needed, decent beds, good ac, lots of stuff to do nearby..

The staff throughout the entire venue were incredible!! So polite and helpful.

The room is nice for a couple nights stay, not the fanciest, but very generous with the housekeeping (rooms cleaned daily) and free bites (we got two free drink vouchers and some free toasties on our way out).
The addition of free onsite parking is a big help as overnight parking in the city can easily add up in cost. the hotel is located 5 min walk from the train station which can get you into the heart of the cbd in ~45mins (on train, no changes).
Chadstone shopping centre is a 6 min drive away so there is always plenty of variety of restaurants close by.
Overall this hotel is VERY high on the value for money scale.

Very close to train and major shopping options. Room made up and toiletries replaced each day but not tea and coffee. Batgroom newly removated but shower small and door hits the glass shower cubicle.

Customer service was great .
Only had one problem witch is you have the towel rail higher then normal height and when I went to go to the toilet I bent down and hit my head and coursed a big very sore lump on my head and a migraine so that is a safety hazard.

Our stay was to spend time with family especially grandchildren and they loved the facility with the pub next door it’s fun and games centre.
