Small size room but everything you need. Great, big bathroom. Comfy big bed. Good TV. Value for money. Easy walk to Pymble rail station.

Great Hotel with professional staff.

Was easy to check-in to room, all staff were happy & helpful… room was immaculate, and was easy to checkout…

Room was very small but it is an old hotel

Location

The hotel is close to the tran station, so easy access to the city. Room was small and no table to sit at to work. Bed was too soft for me, but will be fine for others. The room was clean.

Great hotel with wonderful rooms and great bar staff with excellent food,professional manager who was on top of his craft.

The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. The room was tiny. Barely enough room to walk around the bed Windows frosted and could not be opened. We were there for 8hrs to sleep and wash up. It served its purpose but was expensive for what it was.

Comfy, easy and convenient, drink voucher was a nice touch. Shame the bistro was closed. Overall served me well

Comfortable room and stay for an overnight to attend an event in Sydney. If you are a light sleeper you will need the earplugs provided and maybe a sleeping pill, it overlooks the old Pacific Highway. These things used my partner who is a light sleeper slept well. ONe hint. If you are walking from the station, after existing the underpass on the path do a left turn and come up onto the highway, don't continue in the direction of PLC. Google doesnt give this level of detail.

Old traditional hotel on a busy throughfare. Although renovated it still has an old feel. Meals and drinks in-house and reasonably pub quality.

Very small rooms and noisy location

Lovely to see this "grand old lady of Pymble" tastefully renovated: old world charm with modern comforts. Yes, the traffic can be noisy but the room is comfortable, the staff friendly, food good (the bruschetta and ceasar salad our favourites!). Location is very convenient, hop on the train for a few minutes for the boutiques of Turramurra, Wahroonga or Gordon, or head into the city. Why bother with a car? (Check with the hotel if you do have issues with mobility though.). We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent value for money, friendly staff and a great feed! Location very convenient, make sure you don't mind stairs, rooms well appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay!

The room was very nice and well maintained, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Dinner was reasonable. Atmosphere friendly and enjoyable. Very hot in the room as the AC was not very good. The traffic noise in room 1 was a bit too loud, I had to wear earplugs as I’m not used to nighttime traffic noise. I’ve stayed there before but in a different room and it was much quieter.

Really enjoyed the renovated rooms and all the facilities and amenities available. Would recommend the accommodation and the staff were friendly and efficient. Close to transport and dining options. A good place to stay.

Great place to stay… lovely rooms, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Very close to train station too.

The only comment I would make is that there are no windows that you can see out of or open. There is natural light but the window itself is opaque. Made me feel a tiny bit claustrophobic, other than that it was perfect for my stay.
