Great all round, would stay there again. Plenty of car parking.

Staff at breakfast buffet was extremely rude. The blonde lady with a top knot checking the rooms for breakfast order shouted at me and told me to lower my voice. Then she said she is working very hard. The Asian waiter refused to refill the flavoured yogurt saying it doesn’t need a refill. The chia pudding was empty for an hour and was not refilled at all.

Bed was meant to be a king, but was two beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable as the two beds kept coming apart.

Found hair on bed, it was not ours as the hair strang was long. Bathroom had mold on tiles. Hoskeeping knocked at the door and asked us to handover the rubbish and soiled linen to her while she waited at the door. Breakfast everyday was identical and looked like they store it in the fridge and give it out in the morning. And also the food served was cold as in scrambled egg was served cold, sausages were cold etc. It was actually a horrible experience.

Quite a modern hotel.

Some breakfast was cool and needed to be replace, tray almost empty. plates were cold and caused food to go cold very quickly. Next day food was hot but again wend cold quicly due to cold plates!!!!

Clean rooms and easy access to public transportation. Stay was pleasant and the staff was fantastic!

Service minded reception staff, good breakfast and service in the restaurant.

We stayed with family during our stay in Melbourne and the staff was so helpful and even helped with booking a medical consultation. Restaurant across the hotel for Breakfast and Dinner was so convenient with good food!
