The morning I got check out, the elevator didn’t work because of fire alarms or something but we didn’t hear any alarm sounds at all. And I have 3 suitcases but when I call concierge, he just Say whatever he wanted say and didn’t listen to me and hung up!! I can’t believe it. I had to carry my suitcases from 10th floor through emergency exit stairs. At the time I got check out at the reception, the guy didn’t apologize at all in fact he didn’t say anything. My room was next door to electronics box, we had terrible noise all day. I won’t be back this hotel ever.

Fantastic location for concerts and seimming

Great location. Rooms good size and bed comfortable.

No bath towels one night, quickly fixed in the morning with pleasant staff.

It was overpriced for what you got. I thought it was a joke that on top of what you pay to stay for the night that they also then turn around and charge you to park your car on there premises and it was charged at a higher rate then what the flat rate undercover parking station down the road was and you were not advised of this until after you have parked your car there? The check in time is also to late in the day for the area, it should be earlier. If 3 adults and 1 child is staying why would you only leave 2 cups? The tea, coffee and sugar hadn't been restocked or looked at for awhile as what was in there was as hard rock hard. It was very overpriced all round for the area and I wouldn't be hurrying back.

Great location, not great customer service

For the price I paid it really wasn’t worth the money . Staff were great however the room had a smell to it most likely coming from the carpet . Car park was tiny . The gym was in another building across the street . It was very close to the venue I was going to . All in all if prices were dropped I would stay again however for prices advertised not worth it

It served the purpose of being a room for the nights we stayed. There was an issue with one lift, and they didn't consider opening the stairs/ fire escape so that people could use them so we were stuck waiting up to 15 minutes maybe more for the lift, it was very frustrating. The gym shared with the pullman was limited and not worth having, which given the location you would think there would be a good gym, I think even with passes for other facilities given where it is have a facilities. The bar were amazing for the 100 guest who were there as part of our conference, and the breakfast was ok, but well over priced at $38 for buffet. I would stay again if I had too, but perhpas based on facilites and the lift I would look at staying else where and commuting in. We paied about 280-310 per night.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, well equipped and the perfect location for walking to entertainment venues. One of the lifts was out of order, but that was just bad luck more than anything. We have stayed there twice now, and will definitely stay there again

We booked two king balcony suites for a 5 day Buisness trip. The rooms are looking very tired. Being located on the 4th floor there was a lot of street noise from outside. About the room. There were only 4 sachets of coffee and one small container of milk, the milk was not replaced after day one and the coffee ran out after day two. While this may seem trivial we wanted to see how long it would take to replenish if we did not complain. It was never replenished, so considering we were paying $3-400 a night itwas very disappointing. The door lock to the room broke after the room was serviced so we returned after a day out to find our door ajar. Luckily nothing was missing, the door could lock from the inside. This we did immediately report and unfortunately maintenance had left for the day and the duty manager did attempt a repair. Finally they advertise a gym/ fitness center. This however is not on site and you need to walk across the road to the Pullman hotel and use their facilities which I found very inconvenient. I feel the hotel needs to remove this from their listing but if they do they risk bringing their 4 star rating down to the 3 stars it deserves. The Pullman across the road is a 5 star rated hotel and its room rates were similar to what we paid. As a regular Buisness traveller who books for the national sales team I wanted to review their facilities for my people unfortunately the Novotel did not pass inspection as a comfortable option for my staffs future use.

Such a great location

Windows are too thin, making the room was noisy - given the price I would expect some sort of soundproofing. Mouldy seal on shower and nasty stain on curtains were disappointing as they are reasonably easy fixes. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable (including beds). One other irk was there was only two lifts and it was frustrating having to wait to get on at peak times. Staff were very welcoming and courteous.

Bath was dirty, TV didn’t work properly, lifts weren’t working and the restaurant food was average. Other than that it was great.
