Great location for Accor Stadium! Clean premises & friendly efficient staff

The hotel is comfortable and is convenient to Olympic park facilities! Rooms are starting to look a little old but beds were extremely comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Stay was great, the staff were nice and the rooms were clean but they had some really interesting room decor… The curtains, paintings and headboards were of paint brush splotches but the “paint” was red… I don’t know if Dexter was the decorator or he’d stayed in the room before us, either way I think he loved it. So yes nice stay but please stop scaring your guests and get new curtains and room decor.

Despite check in being 3pm, we still weren’t able to physically access the room until 3.30. That’s even after some repeated prompting to the reception desk. Aside from that, a decent stay.

Perfect location for attending events at Accor Stadium. Easy to get back into the CBD via train with the station close by. Very clean and our bed was so comfortable. Loved the music in and around the hotel in the lead-up to the concert also. Fantastic stay.

We had no hot water on Friday night and there was no soap in the shower and the toilet was gushing water all night. I told the front desk about it as I checked out

Nice room a little expensive tho

Shocked had to pay for ice cubes, also think parking price is to high. Room does need another chair Quite expensive for a Sunday. Reception staff did not have knowledge about the council rules for outside parking. So no local knowledge

Great service from all staff from arrival to departure. Room was excellent, beds were very comfortable. Given the large scale event at Accor Stadium, the additional security was nice to see.

Sadly, we were disappointed with our stay at Homebush Novotel. Our room was not up to the same standards we expect with the Novotel. Considering the price we paid for our room. I’ve had to list the faults as there was quite a few. - The toilet didn’t flush well and was stuck on constantly. - The shower door did not close and swung open. - The bathroom window lock was broken. - The curtains on one side of the room were approximately 30min too short. At a large waist high window. - The floor was extremely uneven, trip hazards everywhere. - 3 coffee sashes, 2sugars 1tea bag. Dissatisfied

Great location for stadium event. Alsonright tnect to a train station for transport into city.

Stayed here with two young kid as we were seeing a show at Qudos arena. Perfect location to walk to and from the venue and miss the parking hassle.
