ホテル周辺の治安状況は良好・安全です．デザイナーズホテルなので，使い勝手はあまり良くないです．手洗い場の蛇口の位置が下過ぎたり，シャワーの水はね防止のガラス板の幅が狭くてトイレの床までお湯が撥ねたりしまず．部屋の照明は間接照明が多く，作業机も小さいため，部屋での仕事は難しい，特に私の部屋は裏庭側の部屋だった（空き部屋が無かった）ために常に暗かったので，皆さまには道路側の部屋をお勧めします．

おしゃれで綺麗。デザイナーズホテルで地下には映画館があって付属のMonsterレストランも有名なので出かけなくても済むのが楽。自転車レンタルもしているので美術館等にもサイクリングがてら行けます。ホテル裏側にあるMocan and Green Groutっていうカフェも朝食やお茶におすすめです！

One of our favourite places to stay.

A beautiful room and hotel. Every thing tastefully furnished. Internally great. The only problem is that rooms booked via Hotels tend to get lower floors and don’t have great views .

There was leftover room service by the front door when we checked in that had not been cleared.

Always wanted to stay in the Meandering Room since its inception as HotelHotel. Unfortunately the room was requiring maintenance with multiple of the cupboard separated from the hinges, hole in the bottom of the wall but the room was still beautiful none the less. The Monster Kitchen menu was limited and has lost the must have unique dishes it once had

The hotel is super cool, great restaurant with delicious breakfast and fast service. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet and in a really good location

Room didn’t have working a/c, keg at bar had constant issues, overall interesting hotel. Non working ac is a deal breaker

The hotel is well positioned and the access to cinema and restaurants is wonderful. In room dining meals were delivered on time, hot and tasty. Breakfast selection is extensive and worth at least one meal or taking out the breakfast option. This unfortunately is where the positives start to fall off: The ‘Creative Sun’ room was spacious but the furniture coverings were of a material that can’t be easily cleaned on a regularly basis. These points showed on the upholstery and the cushions/soft appointments were stained. The hotels efforts to provide a retro industrial chic feel were detracted by the level of cleanliness. On a positive the bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. However the acrylic bed blanket is old and covered in pilling. Carpet was dated and there was stained with lint and dirt on the floor. The dust on top and of the cupboards was thick and came off when opening the door to the fridge nook. The bathroom is wonderful and the towels clean, large and soft. The heating thermostat errored frequently. The lighting was dim and temperature setting could not be seen. A torch was used. There are a number of residents who own dogs, which made elevator rides interesting. Immediately outside side the hotel on the stones there were multiple dog droppings. Should be picked up not welcoming

Close to city centre and ideal to visit Floriade. Parking availabe on property. Unique design of property. Pity that room size was much smaller than showing on photos shown on website. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is my favourite hotel in the entire country. I stay at Ovolo if I can in every city. Even my own! and also including overseas (Hong Kong). The stand out for me at Nishi is the design, the bed linen that is superb and the location. I came for a national photographic portrait prize and you can always pop by what is on. Floriade, another visit to the National Gallery, etc. One thing I noticed, mini bar used to be free. Its gone from great to reduced to a few things to pay for mini bar. It is the thing that set you apart except for the above, for me.

The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from city centre. There are cafes and restaurants near the hotel for a quick bite. We stayed at the original sun room which is spacious and overlooks the lake. Lighting is not bright enough though there are many light settings in the room.

We found the rooms to be particularly dark with no natural light even in the middle of the day- and without sufficient in room lighting for day to day tasks such as working, applying makeup. Corridors were also very dark with no natural light making it difficult to navigate to eg; the car park. No window with outlook to tell if it was sunny or raining etc Also re streaming tv service - we were able to use chrome cast to stream - but there was NO sound making it unusable.

Great for a brisk walk to the Convention centre

This stunning property is all about 'COOL' from the moment you arrive in the eclectic space (an architectural gem) to the rooms themselves. An open area for the bar and casual dining, with fireplace and funky objects on display as well as a massive descending staircase that takes you to a first-class cinema (no need to leave the hotel) and at the time of my stay the Scandinavian Film Festival was on show! If only they had not closed their dining room, an inviting space with an excellent menu for the omnivorous plant-loving dinners: now just a simple spot in the bar with a limited choice :(

Stay was ok staff were lovely at check in but didn’t think this was a 5 star that people raved over. We stayed in the meandering room. No sports stations on the tv, facilities were low and wasn’t what we felt people raved about.
