プルマンメルボルンアルバートパーク

アルバートパークの目の前、トラムの駅からも２分。 シティからもトラムで10分。 今回は一人でのんびりしたくて利用しました。 アルバートパークの近くには素敵なカフェもありますし、 公園からのメルボルンの眺めは本当に感動します。ちょっとゆっくりとしたい時に、とてもおすすめのホテルです。

メルボルン市街地からトラムで南に15分ほど離れたアルバートパークに面したホテル フロントから黒とオレンジを基調としたモダンなデザイン、部屋もシックなデザインでなかなか魅力的でした ただwifiのパスコードなどが配布制で30分以内だったのが残念でした

The onsite locksmith was very friendly who helped to fix the door lock immediately much appreciated

I was a good hotel. Considering the price and with breakfast already, with all their amenities indoor pool and gym, parking lot is really big which is good. Location is at the city where most tourist spots are near. All staff in reception and restaurant are very accommodating. Rooms are ok big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely book here again.

Good location - opposite Albert Park, 3 minute walk to St Kilda Rd and a tram to the city. Comfortable and nice size rooms, friendly and helpful team on the front desk.

It was comfortable and clean. It is aging and the rooms need a little revamp but other than that is was nice.

My wife had eye surgery and we chose to stay at the pullman as it was in good location and were assured when we booked (via telephone) that the room would be ready by 2pm as stated (on the booking I said we would arrive at 2:30pm). Upon arrival our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the foyer (my wife in considerable pain after just having eye surgery) until 5pm. We were told that we would receive a call when the room was ready, we didn't receive this so I had to ask again if our room was ready which it was. We were offered a discounted breakfast (only paying $25 for a buffet breakfast which wouldn't be worth $25 per person let along the full rate). Disappointing considering we needed a room and that we had spoken previously about needing to be in a room as soon as we arrived and this didn't occur. Understand people and hotels get busy, but put us in a free upgraded room instead of making people wait and turn a negative experience into a positive experience.

Nice stay near Albert Park. Restaurant menu was disappointing for a 5 stat restaurant.

Indoor heated pool was a hit with kids

Booked twin beds clearing on confirmation told not according to our system then extremely poor housekeeping told limited bedding no Donna Made our own beds. Not recommended

The lady at the front desk was rude and very disrespectful, Alina I think was her name , Will never stay there again

Kids loved the pool area, there was a gym and free fruit.

Top klasse hotel. Værelset var nyt, stort og stilet. Alt var rent og som det skulle være. Jeg nød især saunaen og poolområdet under opholdet. Desuden var personalet super venligt og hjælpsomt da det kom til at bestille en plan B i form af taxa til lufthavnen hvis der ikke skulle komme en uber

Wonderful, always a great stay.

A wonderful hotel to stay at, highly recommended.

Clean and spaciousness rooms. Pool and gym nice exttras. Nice breakfast selection. Lovely foyer area. Not sure why a guest has to pay for parking.
