This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a washing machine, detergent, dryer, clothesline, kitchen utensils, tableware, amenities, etc., and is within walking distance of a shopping mall, so I think it is an ideal hotel for long-term stays. I would like to stay again next year.

食器、調理器具があって自炊できる。大型ショッピングモールが至近にあって非常に便利。ベッドルーム付きの部屋には洗濯機もあり、ファミリーで長期滞在するには好適。1週間の滞在中にインターネットが繋がらなくなる不具合が1回だけあった。メルボルン市街へ渋滞しなければ車で30分程度。車がなければ移動は非常に不便（駐車場は無料）。

It was ok, the room was missing some basics such as a tea towel, a cloth to wash dishes, any detergent for the dishwasher. It was a spacious room. I didnt like the shower bath set up. The glass partion felt very fragile and I found the bath (standing for a shower) a little slippery. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable. Great if you love super soft but it was so soft (or worn down) that you sank to the bed base. Also it wasnt super quiet, you could definitely hear the people speaking on their phones or just in the rooms next door.

The aircon in my room is super noisy and blowing directly onto the bed. Hard for me to sleep with the aircon on. Sound insulation is bad as I can hear the neighbour talking til midnight.mattress to soft.

I was not given my free wine for gold membership, reception closed at 7pm although everything else seemed to close at 8pm. I had not towels in my room and the tv did not work. I tried to go to the gym at 7.30pm but it was closed even though they are open until 8pm.

They need to update there televisions to today's standards. Some tv's while digital are not HD and I've not seen a smart tv. They are not a cheap stay so I would expect better.
