今回手配された部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みに狭く、通されたのは3階の部屋で窓からは5階建ての駐車場しか見えず、丁度人が出入りする階段の前だった為カーテンが開けられなかった。ベッドが高めで上り下りしにくいのとトイレに扉が無い上にペーパーホルダーも無かった。
シャワールームの扉には隙間があり、気を付けていても水が外に出て水浸しになった。4つ星になっていたが、過大評価しても3つ星だと思う。
唯一良い点を挙げるとすると駅やバスターミナルが近く、買い物にも便利な立地だった。

Large clean room(I stayed in Studio facing Esplanade), convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Be aware that breakfast isn't the typical buffet style, it's within the cafe connected to the lobby so members of the public are also being served. Some mornings it took some time to order at the counter waiting in line with non hotel guests. I didn't like this style, but that's my only critique.

Unsure why we were allocated a wheelchair access room, when we didn't require one. However the room was very comfortable and clean.
Nowhere to put a toiletry bag because the bathroom basin didn't have a sideboard area. Had a nice stay though. Would have preferred a receipt or some kind of a confirmation about how our $100 check-in deposit was allocated, we forgot to ask when checking out and still have no idea what we have been charged.

Design of the room was terrible. Main window had blackout curtains, that’s great. Bathroom had floor to roof window and bathroom door was glass! Daytime sleep or sleep in was next to impossible.

Rooms are really small. Depending on which one. Just be mindful of that. Also it’s not a hotel where staff aww re super friendly or attentive to your needs. You’ll need to get there attention and when you see them they’ll help. Food and coffee are great. And beds and rooms are comfy.

Hotel in excellent location. Close to cbd and food outlets. Trains and buses at the front door. Bar and restaurant at the top floor were good and service was great. Our only issues were there was not enough clothes storage or shelves in the bath and bed rooms.
We have also noticed that the car parking spaces are very small and anything bigger than mid size just doesn’t fit. Parking was also expensive.

My first time staying at this hotel and it was perfect. Very central location, easy walking distance and easy parking. Excellent facilities and extremely friendly staff who went out of their way. Great room service menu and a superb rooftop bar and restaurant with a view.
