スタッフはとても親切 設備はコンパクトだが機能的

従業員の方がフレンドリーで親切な応対して頂けました。

今回手配された部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みに狭く、通されたのは3階の部屋で窓からは5階建ての駐車場しか見えず、丁度人が出入りする階段の前だった為カーテンが開けられなかった。ベッドが高めで上り下りしにくいのとトイレに扉が無い上にペーパーホルダーも無かった。 シャワールームの扉には隙間があり、気を付けていても水が外に出て水浸しになった。4つ星になっていたが、過大評価しても3つ星だと思う。 唯一良い点を挙げるとすると駅やバスターミナルが近く、買い物にも便利な立地だった。

We upgraded to the luxury suite and what a treat. Very central location and we had beautiful weather to enjoy the lovely Perth sights. We had dinner at the resteraunt and it was delicious. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Thankyou 😊

Great location, good inclusions - parking and breakfast.

Great spot right in the centre, ideal for our weekend away. Room was neat and practical, small but very well laid out. Car park right next door and a great cafe right by reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay. Great value for money. Loved everything about.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I only use it now when in Perth. Convenient to walk from town to Eliz Quays to convention centre. The food is amazing and gets to your room quick. Amazing breakfast choices and parking at the back. It’s a big yes from me. Keep it up Quays Hotel

A very conveniently located property. Some odd things about food, such as including breakfast in the package but not telling guests what the limits are on this. And an onsite restaurant that will only accept bookings online for two or more.

All round a decent place to stay with friendly staff. Breakfast is really good as well with different choices to choose from.

Room was amazing after we upgraded, service and friendly staff.

The Quay Perth was fantastic. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and received a warm welcome on check in. There is parking in the car park next door, but make sure you see the entrance as it is easily missed as looks like you will drive into a tree on the turn into it! The room was spacious with a fridge, and free nespresso coffee in the room. Great shower room with amenities supplied that were very nice. The bed was super comfy and had a great nights sleep every night. Breakfast is in the community cafe by reception and is great, lots of choice. There is a rooftop bar with fab views over Elizabeth Quay and a great place to either relax or socialise. We will stay again for sure on our next trip to Perth.
