Room was too small and quite hard to move around. No room to leave baggages in the room

Good location near the bay. Spacious and well-designed room. Kind staff. The restaurants on the ground level and level 10 were both good.

Wonderful stay at Quay. Clean and new. My parents lost their hat as it was placed near to the bin. Housekeeping apologize and provided credit to offset our hotel bill equivalent to the cost of the hat and gave us 2 complimentary caps. They did look for the paper bag it was stored in but it hat got lost which is possible. Thank you for trying to make the experience better for my parents

Enjoyed our stay at Quay Perth. Good location to explore Perth city and catch ferry to Rottnest Island. Clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Friendly reception team with good email communication. Room we had was very small. Very limited space for 2 regular size suitcases for those travelling on holiday. Set up really for one person probably on business with a carry-on. Odd bathroom layout to room, but it works as long as one of you don’t need to answer the door whilst the other is in the bathroom as the bathroom door separates the bathroom and the sleeping area. Our room was at the back of the hotel. Frosted window but had plenty of light for the limited time we used the room. Carpark is very tight, car space wise and ramp is duel up and down. Area by the lift, stairs is dark and could be intimidating for person on their own. This is a Wilson carpark so nothing to do with the hotel, but you do get preferential 24hr rate. Coffee shop in reception is handy. Would stay again if in Perth.

I came here right after my flight landed in Perth. Loved that the hotel was easily reachable via multiple Transperth services. Staff was very friendly which made check-in really pleasant. The room itself was modern, spacious and extremely clean. I also liked the AC which was working perfectly and the free water that was provided every day (very helpful when you arrive after a long flight and don't want to go shopping before going to bed). Breakfast at the 'Community' was also very nice and quick. Location was perfect - I enjoyed going to the Quay after dark, getting some ice cream and watching the water and the lights! The only problems I had were the limit amount of space to store clothes and that while there were curtains to darken the sleeping room, there was no way to darken the bathroom, so when the sun rises, there is a lot of sunlight shining through the glass from the bathroom into the bedroom which lead to a very light sleep in the morning for me.

Probably at the top end of the price point for what you get but it was quiet, comfortable and clean after a long trip.

Loved the location, great breakfast that was included and parking included in the package too..Lovely staff, very helpful. The only downside was coffee stains on the carpet around the bed on room 504, I would feel this is a small oversite, otherwise it was amazing.
