施設が新しく、快適に過ごせた。1人で宿泊するには広すぎた。近くにスーパーがあり、生活する分には十分。近くで仕事があればまた使いたい。

Excellent facilities and the staff were wonderful.

Very spacious room, food from restuarant downstairs a little pricey but good and generous serves. Staff were wonderful and were able to give us a late checkout as my father in law was feeling ill, which worked perfectly for us to give him some extra rest before we had to go, thank you!

Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. There was a strong smell when entering the room at beginning of stay, it was a nice smell, but it was too strong for my asthma. I smelled like the lotion. Room service was good and easy to order, food was really good. Was able to relax and enjoy my stay!

The location is great and close to where I needed to visit for my one night stay. The building is solid and well built. Friendly reception staff, particularly at check out. It’s obvious the facility is primarily built to cater for relatives of patients admitted to the big private hospital across from it, hence the reason why I was given a room best suited for frail older persons or people living with physical disabilities. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned and if cleaned it was a very poor job. The shower curtain has obviously not been washed for a very long time and filthy, I could not touch it. There as a stain on the shower area floor that looked like dried vomit, I had to rinse it off properly. Moving away from the filthy bathroom, the room itself was clean, a very comfortable bed and tidy kitchenette. I enjoyed the wagyu burger and delicious fries that I ordered to the room. The restaurant need to improve their chocolate milk shake as I do not think I ordered for a cup of Milo. I implore management to keep working hard and improve things. I am not put off staying here again as I know that the management should be able to up their game.

We booked via Expedia and the email confirmation stated payment to be done at the property, however about 3 days before our check-in, someone called to ask for payment by providing a paylink. Citing the booking wasn’t confirmed until payment is made. I was a bit hesitant at first but the caller explained that it was due to peak season and they want to confirm the reservation. Check-in was easy and staff are very friendly. We stayed in a 2BR apartment and the room is clean and has the needed amenities in the kitchen. The air conditioning and TV works well. Pros Clean room Friendly staff Easy access even at night Cons Paid parking is limited especially at night so we had to park in non designated parking spot Buffet breakfast is not worth the discounted rate as there is very limited selection and the sausages and bacon were a bit dry. They offered eggs your way FOC but barista coffee was charged to room. Would be cheaper to order food from the ala carte menu with wide selection. Room service is prompt.

Turn up to check in Get ignored for over 2 or 3 mins Sit down with luggage since tired Customer walks straight to the front and instead of serving us continues to serve clearly rude customer instead. Wait another 2 mins before being asked if we need help

I was there for over two weeks, I could hear everything in the room next to me and there were the same kids over multiple nights kicking on the door across from me. Also the streaming to TV function did not work. but I thought the parking was affordable and the room was clean

It was good and comfortable.

A nice place to stay. Generous sized rooms, that are in good condition. A shopping centre just across the road. And about 5 decent restarants within walking distance and other cafes during the day. Service was also friendly and helpful. We had to stay a second night unexpectedly, and booked here again.

It's great that therr is a good Restuarant onsite and a supermarket close by. The staff in both the Hotel and Restuarnt were great. The coffee from the cafe was superb

TV not working. Stayed 4 nights. Complained to Management but little help with TV. After third day of not fixing the problem, spoke to Manager who offered excuses but not a solution. On check out, extras not received, added to Bill, although prepaid? Cannot recommend and we will definitely not stay there again. A blot on the Quest franchise which we normally rate as excellent.

The hotel staff were friendly and prompt in fixing the issues with the facilities that were not working. The concierge was lovely, who booked us in and checked us out. Overall, it was a quiet and pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

Five stars for the staff here – they are incredibly friendly and professional.

Room was good, great layout roomy and clean but had old faulty TVs, one of the air-conditioning units in the bedroom keeped triggering a fault and having to be reset and the showers were absolutely terrible in their performance, constantly changing pressure and temperature to quite an extreme. Staff were friendly and mostly very helpful. Having access to the gym (which was well equipped) was great and the food was good with great service. Excellent carpark as well. Unfortunately this could have been so much better, we really needed to use the hotel to relax between our busy schedule and the two things that would have done that weren't up to the job, unable to have a relaxing shower or even an adequate one as I had to even time when I washed my hair between the temperature changes and no TV working in the bedroom and lack of content on the other we couldn't even snuggle and enjoy a movie, this was a big letdown on such a great holiday at this hotel and location. We have four kids ranging from five years old to 15 having a three-bedroom apartment is essential. Relaxing is essential.

Ok-ish accomodation. Our particular room had an odd odour but aside that all other aspects of the room was clean
