チャツウッド駅からは少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内で、周辺にショッピングモールが数軒あり、ステイ中の食事やショッピングは便利な所でした。ホテルもアパートメントホテルなので、キッチン・洗濯機があり、自由なスタイルで宿泊できました。設備的には、エアコンはあるのですが、音が大きく、吹出空気がほこり臭いのがちょっと嫌でした。また、TVは様々なコンテンツ（NETFLIX・Disney+・Prime　Video等）ありましたが、有料でしかみられないプログラムがおおく、ちょっと残念でした。ルームクリーニングは平日はシーツとタオルの交換はして下さいました。

Very good access to Chatswood station and easy to find restaurant, food court any time. Room size is not too big, but not too small for business trip. Just one issue is laundry is not room inside. Need to go to laundry room each floor.

仕事の関係で、チャッツウッドというセンターから少し離れた地区での選択だったので一番評価の無難だった当ホテルを選択した。良かった点は部屋からの平和な住宅地の眺め、部屋が比較的清潔だったこと、キッチンがあるので長期滞在者には自炊などできて便利なこと、ホテル自体がこじんまりとして、スタッフも比較的親切だったことなどです。悪かった点は最寄りの駅まで徒歩１０分程度かかること、日本のホテルでは必ずあるくずかごがない、歯ブラシセット・髭剃りセットなどがない。スリッパがないなどです。バスルームのシャワーブースのガラスドアのしまりが悪く、シャワー水が便器の方まで流れてくるのも気になりました。

総合的には、フロントの方達も良い方ばかりで、助かりました。日曜日のハウスキーピングは無しでしたが、トイレットペーパーや、洗濯用洗剤、バスタオル等、フロントでもらえたので良かったです。マイナス面は…お風呂場でシャワーを浴びると、水が外へ飛び散ってしまう為、床が水浸しになる。NGです。寒かったので、予備の毛布を出すと、ダニに足首をかまれ、１週間腫れました。シャワーは固定されてる為、不自由でした。稼働式が良かったです。

Only 2 concerns we had where the rangehood would not turn off hence sound disturbance. When we called to ask about it there was no answer at the desk. On going down later we found out there was only one young girl at the desk which we thought was an OHS issue / security risk. The friend staying with me has health issues also and her concern was what if she needed medical assistance and we could get hold of anyone. Otherwise the over all stay was good.

Great place to stay for transport - Chatswood interchange only 5 minutes' walk. quick trip into town. Room very spacious & Comfortable. All amenities available - including kitchen scissors xx Great cleaning staff, polite, restock as needed. Please ensure you hang your towels if you do not need them changing each day. Polite helpful front of house staff. have stayed here 3 times nor & will stay again. A/C in rooom - excellent - need it even in Nov. at night

The housekeeping is a bit disappointing leaving the towel placed on the shower floor not replaced, the container for the coffee stuffs was dirty with food scraps from previous hotel guests and some cutlery not very clean. The incidental deposit was not refunded after 3 days and was only manually processed for refund when I called up. Other than these, the hotel is good in terms of the great hospitality and curtesy of the reception and its handy location to the Chatswood station. If the hotel can address the above issues, I would still recommend it.

The Quest at Chatswood is awesome. I came down for work and chose to stay here because I had heard good things about the hotel. Super quiet (I was on the 9th floor) and really convenient for shops and also my work function. Great staff and incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
